This is a fantastic phone. I don't understand why people hate on it, it is better than a lot of other blackberry phones and has a fantastic and unique touch-screen system. I recommend to you that you ignore negative comments about this phone because it is just going to cause you to miss out!. I recommend it! high tech. also has 3G! unlike other blackberry phones.

Battery given with the phone was rubbish and it swelled tremendously. Making me fork out more money for a battery

The Storm is a good phone for email, phone calls, messaging, internet etc.Not sure I really get the i-phone/BlackBerry rivalry - the reality is, this is more a business than a pleasure phone, although with facebook and one or two other basic internet apps it has kept me happy enough for work and leisure. I am not a massive video or game player, mind you.The hybrid click/touchscreen took a few days to get used to but has been fine, it synchs really well with a laptop and backs things up handily, and software updates are easy enough. I have been happy with it.

I got this phone for my grand daughter,she really loves it,its perfect for younger people,when i had a problem with the battery a new phone was sent out.I would buy from this seller again

well what can I say about this product except. if this is refurbished then I am a monkeys uncle. a few marks is a joke. It should be shown as in poor condition. also it does not work with all networks such as Tesco.it is not unlocked to all networks.only delivery was good.many faults with this phone not just cosmetic faults. buy it else where.its a rip off.

This is exactly as they describe and arrived in good time and works perfectly and in good condition like new and i would recommend it to anyone.

I have literally just opened this item and obvs it has no charge in it but usually these kind of products SHOULD come with a charger, case or screen protectors this came with none! it was badly packaged.I havent even turned it on yet so thats why i ave 3 stars.

Ich habe das Blackberry als Zweithandy für die Arbeit gekauft damit ich es auch mal ausschalten kann wenn ich Frei oder Urlaub habe und mein Arbeitgeber mich nicht erreichen soll. Es hat die bekannten Funktionen die man von früher kennt. Ist natürlich im Vergleich zu heutigen Smartphones sehr langsam aber tut wofür ich es brauche.

So, nun mal kurz meine Erfahrung mit dem Blackberry. Das BB ein Nischenprodukt ist, war mir von Anfang an klar, aber das die Technik dermaßen unausgereift ist hat mich doch ziemlich enttäuscht. Einen dicken Pluspunkt bekommt der Bildschirm und die Kamera, gestochen scharf, macht Spaß zum Draufgucken. Das wars dann aber auch schon. Die Bedienung des Screens lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, man vertippt sich am laufendem Band...das wäre noch okay. Im Alltagsgebrauch aber wenn es ums reine Telefonieren geht, war ich sehr enttäuscht, hier kann man schon von geschätsschädigend sprecdhen. Da ich sehr viel im Auto unterwegs bin, ist die Kommunikation übers Telefon sehr wichtig für mich. Gespräche meines Gegenübers kamen abgehackt rüber, das gleiche war wohl bei mir. Ursache hierfür war ein ständig schlechtes Signal des Telefons, der BAlken schwankte von 1-5, das kann nicht sein. Ein anderes Telefon, NAmen möchte ich jetzt nicht nennen, hat am selben Ort zur gleichen Zeit ohne Probleme funktioniert. In Gebieten wo dann mal gar kein Netz war und ich mich dort länger aufgehalten habe, hatte zur Folge das die Netzsuche dann im Empfangsgebiet gar nicht mehr aufgehört hat. Ein SOS Notruf wäre ohne Problme möglich gewesen, doch das eine Stunde? Ein Ausschalten des Handys war erfolglos, ging einfach nicht, hat sich am Startbilschirm dann glorreich aufgehangen. Ein Herausnehmen des Accus war so einfach nicht möglich, ohne Büroklammer oder Brieföffner ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Da stand ich dann in wie ein Depp da, ein Telefon in der Hand was nicht funktionierte. Die Acculeistung war ein Witz, nach einem Tag normaler Benutzung, also insgesamt eine Stunde telefonieren (wenns dann mal funktioniert hat, in der Stadt zum Beispiel), war der Accu leer, ein absolutes NoGo. Ein Update von Vodafone hat ein bißchen abhilfe geschafft, das Telefonieren wurde etwas besser, aber das Aufhängen in netzlosem Gebiet war danach nicht weg. Das Surfen im Internet wurde durch die Ungenauigkeit des Touchscreens zum größeren Geduldsspiel, SMS verschicken ebenso, einfach nur mies. Entweder hatte ich ein Montagsgerät, oder das StormII ist eine Fehlkunstruktion, ich rate vom Kauf ab.
