Planet Bike Red Zeppelin Co2 Bike Tire Inflator (Metal Head Only),Black

I have tried several brands to repair bike flats. The difference in these and others is that they work and are reliable. A friend had these and when I had a flat I used them and that is why I bought these. They WORK.

tl;dr: THIS INFLATOR DOES NOT LEAKI only started using CO2 cartridges a few years ago, and I just assumed that every CO2 inflator was garbage, because they have all leaked. Even a quick top-up would use up a whole cartridge, because the rest of the CO2 would leak out of the inflatorI misplaced one of my inflators (I keep one on my trail bike and one on my road bike), so I ordered this on a whim just to bring my order total to where I would get free shipping.Today I'm ordering two more of these so I can have an extra one to keep at home. I did a top-up on a long ride about a week ago, then tightened the knob on the inflator and left the cartridge in it.Just this morning, I changed a tube on my back wheel, and was able to use the rest of the week-old cartridge to inflate it. It hadn't leaked at all even after banging around in the little toolbag strapped to the bike frameThose cartridges aren't cheap. Now that I'm getting twice the use out of each one, this inflator has already paid for itself. I'll never buy a different brand

The best I’ve used. Precise and easy to use. Easy to control air pressure by turning the air knob.

These things work really well.

Have been using these for a decade now. Indestructible - all metal with one heavy duty plastic part only, the red knob which is not stressed or hinged and therefore doesn't break. I only replace them because they get lost or borrowed - inevitably never to be returned! I sincerely hope they don't stop making these - I've purchased several extras for the stash/just in case. They are the best.

I ride almost every weekend and sometimes on the days in between with the White Rock Over 50 Cycling Club. It was recommended by one of the directors that we carry this great piece of emergency equipment on the off chance we or one of our fellow members may need to use it during one of our rides. I haven't had to use it yet but I'm carrying it in my bag on the off chance that it may come in handy one day.

Suer compact and lightweight. Lost the one I bought 10 yrs ago and just happy to see I could replace it.
