I love this yoga strap! The padding all the way through helps me to get good grips for stretches in every direction without hurting my arthritic hands.

I used this when I do my stretching routine. For example, lying on my back and stretching hamstrings. Know that it’s all canvas, so you can’t pull on it the way you would bands.

I was using a physical therapy band; however, the strap has better durability. I took one star off because of the smell of the neoprene is not going away.

If you are preparing for a knee replacement, you need to get this strap beforehand. My dad has been using it for his therapy exercises and moving his leg on/off beds, couches, and chairs. The loops allow you to position yourself in the way you feel comfortable.

This has been a game changer for me and my workouts! Just a couple of minutes of stretching before working out and I no longer experience cramps or muscle tightness like before! It’s so easy to use, anybody can do it, even beginners like me!

Love this strap. It’s perfect to use right before and after working out too. Depending on how much of a stretch you want it has convenient loops where you can adjust for what you need.

Very nice strong but soft band. I only wish it had a book to go with it for exercises. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars
