Looks fabulous and works brilliantly :-)
This is a nice looking extractor. It works well, even when set a bit higher than normal , mine is just above eye lever so I can see the TV beyond and it still draws in cooking vapours. The lowest speed setting is quite adequate for 2 saucepans on the boil and at highest speed you can feel the downdraft as the recirculated air rushes back down from the ceiling. The lights are not overly powerful and they compensate for its own shadow at just the right luminosity. The round (twist to lock) carbon filters are a bit fiddly to attach within the "drum", and the instructions could be clearer but everything else is brilliant. 100% recommend.

Good value, looks good, works well, silly installation instructions
The installation instructions are just silly, and the only useful diagram is so small that it cannot be read, even if enlarged.Having said that. once I had put all the parts out and thought about it for a while it wasn't too hard to work out how the mounting arrangements worked.I made two changes:1. I replaced the little brass wire clamps as I thought they were a bit flimsy for a heavy (but not 120Kg as the manual says !!) item. Sturdy clamps for 2mm wire are readily available and very cheap (they are used in shop displays) - try GS products "2mm stainaless steel wire rope stop end clamp ring"2. I put the mounting plate ABOVE the ceiling because there was room to do so. This makes a very neat installation as you can see - just wires coming down from the ceiling and I didn't have to use the large chrome cover over the mounting plate. In use, the hood works very well and the lights are just the right intensity to illuminate the hob nicely. The top speed is noisy but is so powerful we don't need to use it. The lowest setting is fine and the noise is simply what you'd expect from a low-speed fan.It looks good.

Very happy
The media could not be loaded. We managed to fit without professional help, first extractor was missing essential fittings which were sent quickly and then the extractor failed to work so a complete new one was also sent - cannot fault customer service. New hood has been up for 3 weeks now and very happy with noise level, operation, a doodle to clean and love the design, really updates the kitchen. Have attached pics (ignore ceiling damage from old hood removal that’s awaiting putting good)

A good bit of kit
Well impressed with this extractor fan, it looks good and performs well.Installation wasn't too hard, you just have to think about how you will orientate it and pick up a suitable fastening point. Remember to ensure it is the correct height above the hob.

Brilliant and looks super smart
Let start off by stating I didn’t put this up, my kitchen fitter did, when I warned him of other reviews that said the instructions are poor he replied and said all extractor fans have rubbish instructions. It took him about an hour to put up and it looks amazing and is a real standout feature.

Great unit, not easy to fit
Great unit. Aesthetically pleasing, but be prepared to spend a little more time than you think installing it.

Excellent and stylish
Delivery was on time, especially during lockdown. Looked stunning in my new kitchen and has been a talking point as it looks like a big lampshade! Definitely worth the money, looks expensive and stylish

No customer repair service available at all unless you repair it yourself
I am a bit appalled with this seller. I purchased this cooker hood from them in Feb 2021 and one of the bulbs blew six months later. On inspection it is not a bulb that you can go out and buy. It looks like a sealed led unit with a fixed lead that then goes into a box at the back of the hood. I have contacted the seller to find out about a replacement lamp and they have offered to send me one to fit myself without checking if I am competent to dismantle the unit to carry out a repair. They actually stated that they have no repair service and can only send out parts for you to fit yourself, replace the whole unit or give a refund. I could not even speak to a technical person for advice on whether I could fit this myself. The unit may even have a fault that is causing the lamp to blow, I would not be able to know if that is the case but a technical engineer would but they don't offer that service. I pointed out that interfering or trying to carry out a repair on the unit could void the warranty or be dangerous and I did not really get an answer to that question. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more money on a branded appliance with some kind of service back up as it seems I may well land up doing after wasting money on something that I was never going to get any service from.
