Love this!!!
I don’t write many reviews but this is an amazing piece! I have a small 100 year old bungalow with no storage and bought this to hang some pans. I placed it in front of a window and was concerned it would feel overpowering. It’s the exact opposite! It looks lovely. And it was incredibly easy to hang. The quality is very high and sturdy and I absolutely love the hooks. Cannot say enough.

Perfect as is. But I modified it. Will use parts included at two different houses.
This product is honestly perfect without any modification. But we separated the parts and will use them at two different houses. (((( Bottom line, the only parts I am in LOVE with, are the HOOKS ))) You could buy the hooks alone and create your own DIY pot rack. I absolutely detest the thin, standard loose S -shaped hooks that move around and fly off into the room when I remove pans. Family with poor eyesight or shaky hands can SEE these hooks better when placing pots/pans.I purchased this product for a house that needs the 36" long shelf. But we ended up playing around with the parts and creating one for the house shown in this review that has a 48" wide window space and the top cabinet trim plus short space above to ceiling prevented being able to use the brackets here. We only used 3 of the 4 provided metal posts that hold it all together and we used 18 of the 20 included spacers, and all the hooks. Which leaves the nice looking L brackets and 36" long wood slats for the original house intended's application. I will figure out spacers and anchoring the slats together for that one later. My order came with 6 swivel hooks and I ordered an extra 4 pack of the non-swivel (Cooks Standard fixed pot rack solid cast pan hooks, set of 4,19.99 ) and then ordered more hooks! The hooks require an exact 1/2" gap to fit between period, to drop them down into best fit. The boards provided measure 1 and 7/16 wide (7/16 is in between 3/8 and 1/2 on my tape measure) The pine boards I ended up using were wider. 2 inches wide ( versus the 1 and 7/16" provided ) and the hooks dropped down and swivel fine.I bought seven, 6 foot long pine boards as straight as I could find. Light sanded, applied a clear polyurethane coat, vice gripped them together and pressed them flat to drill the 3 holes through for the metal posts. Otherwise any deviation in the levelness along the length will cause the round disk atop those hooks to not set flat or slide horizontally properly. After relieving the pressure, the wood deviated slightly but threading the posts through the holes, and screwing it tight together, got everything straight again. The wood slats that actually came with the product are perfectly flat and straight!I could only go as wide as 7 boards due to the number of round wooden 1/2" spacers available using 3 posts. But 7 slats wide is good for this house.I am most likely going to order loads of hooks and create my own above island rack for a relatives home.Now. As far as the 4 included metal posts. Between the back of the screw heads at both ends, you have exactly 5 and 11/16 inch of space to squeeze wood slats and spacers. Only one of the two ends each, of the 4 provided posts has a removable screw. It is allegedly, a Metric 4 machine screw. I could not find an M4-7 screw in the right length anywhere. Only a few M4's would not screw in well, to tight v loose. I got a 4 pack of not ideal but worked #6-32 x 3" long and had to add a flat washer. The #6 type machine screw, perfectly tightened into 3 of the 4 metal posts and just spun in only one of them would not tighten down, but I only needed 3 so it worked out well. The #6 had a little concerning play, back and forth in the metal post but again... tightened down. The products nice looking screw head is facing the kitchen and my uglier screw head is facing the wall. The screw heads do make it look more finished. But you could build one without using posts as long as that 1/2" wide gap and 2" board width is used for the pot hooks to set and slide properly.

Fit perfectly
This fit above our window perfectly and without obstructing our view. We love it. I did need to order more hooks because it didn't come with enough. Other than that it's great.

Cute and functional with some quirks
This pot rack is so cute and has been able to hold a lot of weight. It was so easy to install and is made with high quality materials. I have had some issue with the hooks slipping out of the swivel and had one close call with a hook slipping and a pan almost falling on my stove. Thankfully I was able to catch it before contact was made. Since then I have been paying close attention to ensure that the hooks line up with the swivels and have not had a repeat, but it still makes me nervous.

Good quality pot and pan organization
Great quality pot and pan holder. It’s great for hanging pans to dry as well as storing them.

Hasn't fallen down yet!
Very sturdy and easy to mount on wall. Used toggle bolts and it hasn't budged with all the heavy All-Clad.

Love it
This holds all my pots and pans perfectly. Others have mentioned that you can't place anything on top because of the hooks, and that's true. So, I put my lids on top, and that works perfectly, which is exactly what I wanted anyway. It looks nice. The directions do advise ensuring that you attach it to the studs, and while it can be a pain in the butt to find the studs, it was well worth it. This thing is sturdy.I highly recommend this.

Versatile, Strong and Attractive Rack
2 Pack - SimpleHouseware Cabinet Door / Wall Mount Pot Lid Organizer Rack, ChromeWe were trying to organize our kitchen a bit and decided to hang our pans using this rack. We have a high vaulted ceiling in our kitchen and very little free wall space, so we decided to mount the rack above the window (see images). This made it rather high and, although I could have probably figured out a way to mount it lower, I wanted to use the hanging brackets that the rack comes with.We were able to solve this issue by using the rotating hooks along with adding Cooks Standard wire hooks. The hooks (extensions) are not really meant for that use, but the rotating cast hooks are slightly tapered toward the end of the hook which allows one to add the hook without having to bend the hook. (The extension hooks have the bends at 45 deg to each other.) The hooks naturally rotated a bit to turn the pans slightly which we found attractive. Also, we wanted to put a few knick-knacks on the rack so, in order to raise them up a bit to be seen better, I bought a small piece of 1" X 3" X 36" yellow pine at Lowe's (actual dimension 3/4" X 2-1/2") and cut it to about 28" long. I wiped some clear satin urethane finish on it and it almost perfectly matched the existing rack.Installation notes: The hanging brackets can be installed anywhere along the length of the shelf which is important because it is best to screw the brackets directly into the wall studs, if you can. If you note on the images below, our brackets are closer to the center of the rack than the ones shown in the product image. The product image is deceiving because you are not going to find studs spaced to fit in that configuration. The pan head screws supplied with the rack are sufficient for screwing through the drywall and into the stud using a cordless driver. If you have to use a hollow wall anchor, I would advise something really strong like a toggle bolt (link below) rather than plastic expanding anchors. We also added racks for the lids and it worked out better than we had hoped.Cooks Standard 5.25-Inch Universal Pot Rack Hooks, Set of 8Cooks Standard Swivel Pot Rack Solid Cast Swivel Hooks, Set of 22 Pack - SimpleHouseware Cabinet Door / Wall Mount Pot Lid Organizer Rack, ChromeThe Hillman Group 370039 Toggle Bolt, 1/8X2-Inch, 50-Pack
