Fantastic buy from Amazon warehouse, it's so smooth to reel in and I can get a very long cast with it, I pulled a 10lb cod in with ease. Great real for spinning, beach casting and to use on the boat.

Used??
Just arrived today…Is this a used item?? My 5000lc arrived scratched and with visible signs of being opened previously (e.g. the seal was broken). This is not clear in the description. No negative points on the reel itself that I can tell…will likely just return.
