It'd be great if it didn't leak
I was too excited about this mug. It looks great (the design looks amazing; really quality print) , feels great, and was the perfect size....but it leaks. The first morning I used it, coffee started spilling out of the top and it was maybe filled 3/4ths of the way. I'm usually rushing in the mornings but walking down two flight of stairs was enough to cause some leaking. When I hand washed it later in that day, a spot in the black seal around the bottom started bubbling? I couldn't even figure out how that was happening. I have a plastic, $5 to-go mug I bought from a Halloween store that doesn't leak unless its knocked over and not closed all the way. I'll be using that again. Too bad because I was ready to buy a bunch of these and use them til I die lol.

(11in straw not included)Y'all, this cup is so CUTE.I drink iced coffee, so while I can't comment on how well it insulates hot coffee, it sure does keep my iced coffee nicely chilled. Several commenters mentioned leaking, but I have not experienced that. The Jack Skellington pic is on both sides of the cup and it looks fantastic!! The picture doesn't do it justice at all. If you or someone you know is a coffee-drinkin' Nightmare Before Christmas fan, get this cup!! It's perfect for all year round and spooky season!!!!

Cool design/ Not great quality
For the cost of this cup I expected the quality to be better. It also has two drink holes in the lid and you cant close one off, they are either both opened or both closed. I had really hoped the cup itself would be more durable and better insulated given how much the cost of it was.

A gift for my teen
They love it. Doesn’t leak. Easy to clean by hand because of a wide enough opening. And the fun design was exactly as advertised.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who is a Jack Skeleton fan and it seemed to be something she could use daily. It arrived promptly and is as described. She likes and uses it.

Mug leaked
