Many Biomes, One Earth

I'm disappointed that this book doesn't include the ocean biome! The illustrations are amazing and beautiful and pair nicely with the text. However the text is on a side-bar which doesn't look inviting to read.

Informative overview, but not high interest. Factual... I prefer more detail, brighter pictures. Great for highlighting main differences in each biome.

Great little book. My oldest used it to help gather info on the Rain Forest, & my middle child used it to beef up her knowledge of Grasslands.

Great educational book!

Fabulous as a read aloud for third graders learning about ecosystems.

I was most pleased with the wonderful pictures in this book. It gives an overview of what each ecosystem looks like. This is especially helpful for ecosystems that children don't often have the chance to encounter such as the tundra.

Excellent book. Just what one would expect from Sneed Collard III.

Excellent book for teaching about the biomes of the earth. I use it in my 7th grade classroom.
