The phone looks a little worn

When i first received this phone i was blown away by how beautiful and slim it was but was. Then i charged it and the battery started draining without me even using it so i was just beside myside myself. I contacted Amazon they contacted the seller and the seller responded immediately and told me to send it back to them. They said they would replace it with the same phone, which i didnt believe, i thought they were going to send me a different phone and hope that it would do, I expressed that to them and they assured me they would send the exact same phone. Well they contacted me and let me know they received my returned phone and that the replacement was on the way. I received it two days later and it was the same phone with a better battery and I am absolutely in love with this phone. Ladies if you have not seen or tried this phone you need to order it and just try it you wont believe a phone could be this pretty and functional. Its not the latest galaxy but if you are not hung up on that you will love this phone. This seller I'm telling you, customer service is everything and they are at the top of my list for tech products.

Love the phone, arrived earlier than expected, no imperfections. I only ook a star away though because my only "issues" were that the phone charger it came with didn't work. I started to panic so I tried plugging it in into different outlets and nothing. I tried charging my daughters tablet and it didn't read it either. Also, it didn't come with the little metal key to open the SIM/SD card slot. I had my old key from my old phone and it worked perfectly so it wasn't a huge issue.

I'm not a stranger to buying refurbished electronics, but this is my first refurbished phone. So far it's not disappointed in the slightest.The phone runs as fast as new, the camera and advanced security features like facial recognition and fingerprint scan work perfectly, and the phone itself has no scratched, dents, or signs of damage. Unfortunately, it as also as full of bloatware as a new phone, but that's a feature, not a bug.The battery life seems fine, though I don't have a frame of reference for how long a battery this size should last between charges. I will update if it or any other part of the phone dies faster than expected.

This want NOT an at&t phone as described. The phone was in like new condition, but after a few minutes for usage, the phone got extremely hot. I returned the phone and the seller refunded my money rather quickly after I shipped it. Not a bad experience, but it was a waste of my time mostly.

The phone had a couple of minor scratches and the charger did not work. Had to buy an expensive one at the Att shop as I was activating. Other than that no problem with function except the phone keeps adding +1 to numbers, blocking the call from being sent. It registers as international which I have to manually fix. Overall a good upgrade for me.

Everything is as expected and very good. My only disappointment is that the item's description said this was an AT&T branded phone but the packaging says it's fully unlocked. We specifically chose this phone because of the AT&T brand.

La bocina del teléfono no funciona el audio en las llamadas no se escuchan cuando alguien te está hablando cuando pones tus audífonos si se escucha el audio de llamadas no se donde esta el problema aumente el audio o trate de rectificar lo pero siguió igualLas demás funciones muy bien 👍

La calidad y resistencia de los materiales del teléfono se ven muy bien, y el mismo funciona correctamente. No he tenido inconveniente alguno en cuanto a la pantalla o los botones. Funciona muy bien.Lo único que tengo de mala experiencia es que al momento de comprar éste producto, el mismo no tenia especificado que era un producto renovado (lo cuál, de haberlo sabido antes, no lo hubiese comprado), y en segundo lugar, el cable y cargador genéricos incluidos reflejan muy baja calidad en los materiales.
