UPDATE: Zuslab contacted me and were very apologetic about the defective case. They offered to send me another case of my choice at no charge. It arrived today and is a nice case (I selected a different style this time) not sure how it will hold up as far as scratches go as the back is pretty slick and shiny...but right now it’s beautiful. Regardless, they stood by their word and I got a case free of charge as well as a full refund for the original case.I was so excited to get this case. I loved the color and how it would show off the back of my new iPhone Xs Max. It arrived today. Upon opening the box it was beautiful. Very nice packaging. I went to remove it from the box and it clearly looked scratched. I thought “I’m sure there is a plastic film on it. I just need to peel it off” After searching for said plastic film, I found nothing of the sort. Very very disappointed. Now I have to hassle with returning the case during the holidays and I currently have no protection for my $1,100 phone. I have emailed the company. If they resolve my issues I will update my review. The case is beautiful with the gold iPhone and well made. Love the reinforced corners. However it just doesn’t seem like it will hold up at all considering it’s already scratched like I’ve been using it for a month...stay tuned

I’ve bought quite a few different cases since I’ve bought my XS Max. I wanted something that would give great protection, would give a lip even if I had a tempered glass on, and the biggest thing was have a lip for the camera. All checked with this case! I love it! I sent the link to my brother in law, turns out he had the case on his phone already! Would definitely recommend.

I like the case. It fits the phone snugly and looks elegant. I would have liked if the sides had ridges or were not as smooth as they are. There would be less chance that it could be accidentally dropped.

Very nice phone case, good quality. Color has not worn off at all yet after a year.good protection.

Beware.... around the bumper, there isn’t a lot of soft TPU so it might not be the best protection. But great design.

Excellent case, protects the XS Max very well with a minimum of bulk. Understated but stylish. X-Doria makes excellent cases for great prices.I have no relationship with Xdoria and was not compensated for this review.

The strongest case I have had in my life; it's been covering my phone for almost one year and I never had to change it.

I liked the price. However, the metal came undone 2 months after purchase. So now I have to purchase another one. So trying to be frugal did not pay off. Should have paid for more expensive and durable case in the first place.

I am normally good with my mobile and keep it safe throughout the day, but as you never know whats going to happen, I thought I would buy this for that reassurance. It's not the cheapest, but it's definately worth it when you spend hundreds of pounds on a new mobile. It's cheaper than paying insurance and looks good on my phone. It doesn't add too much bulk, which I was concerned about, with it being in my pocket a lot. I recon it's an essentioal buy when you purchase a new mobile. Recommended.

Had this item delivered 2 days ago and already the outer rose gold part has already de glued from the main part, very uninpressed for an item that wasnt cheap to buy :(

Cuando llego me parecio genial, dura y adecuada, no la puse en el momento porque ya tenia otra funda... la puse ayer y en menos de unas horas la funda se puso como roja en los bordes... no toque nada para que se pusiera así. Estoy muy disgustada porque son casi 20€ de funda, para que me ocurra esto. No la recomiendo

Keine Kaufempfehlung! Das Produkt hat den ganzen glänzenden Rahmen, nur durch das anbringen, an meinen Xs Max zerkratzt und ein 1300€ Handy einfach unattraktiv gemacht. Eine Frechheit...Do not buy this phone case. It scratched my whole frame of my Xs Max, just by using it.
