Great Devise But Not Durable - Edit to add
Edit on 8/6/21 I have been using this device for a couple of years now. The first 2 I had did crack and break, but I'm now on the 3rd one and it have been using it for over a year with no issues. I did buy a spare one just in case. I love this thing. I can put in my pocket and go to the restroom in public where I used to have anxiety about it, to the point where I would not go anywhere. I did try another fold up device that only folds in half, but I find this one much more to my liking: it folds in thirds so it is smaller and narrower, and the angle it folds out seems to be better for me - the reach is more intuitive. You do have to kind of squeeze the end of the toilet paper into the notch but I have no problems with it slipping off most of the time. And taking the paper off afterwards is kinda gross but if you carefully unwrap the paper and rewrap it over your fingers where the soiled bit is on the inside, you still don't have to touch the soiled bit. Overall, the Pocket Easywipe is a lifesaver for me. I plan to buy another one to keep at work, and one as a spare. This works great, folds up smaller than the other fold up aids I've found, and fits better in a pocket or purse for discretion. I love the product, but it needs to be made of stainless steel, covered in silicone for softness and warmth. It cracks and breaks at or near the hinge on the part that you wipe with (the part you put the toilet paper). The first one I had broke near the notch where you tuck the paper in. The second cracked/broken at the actual hinge. I bought another kind for my third one. We'll see how I like that one. I'd be willing to pay a little more for a more durable devise.

Pocket Sized Does the Job
I need to use this type of device, so I carry it whenever and whenever I go. (!) it is a durable and effective design. It comes with a discrete carry case that is easily pocket sized. There is a bit of a usage learning curve, but once mastered is one of the best foldable devices available. The hinges eventually fail, so I carry a backup when traveling.

Works great, breaks easily, not worth the asking price!
Works as stated but breaks easy. I have purchased 3 since May of 2019 and all 3 broke exactly where the other reviewers photos show. I carry it in my purse for use at only at work or when out and about. each one has lasted less than a year...and they are nearly $40 each...lots of other reviews state the SAME issue. Surely the manufacturer should be getting the message by now!!?? Add on t.o previous info. So I bought another in June of 2021. It broke this morning. The hinge came apart in mid use....it lasted a whopping 4 months...really? I am at WORK. I have no other option but to sit here with nothing to clean myself for the next 6 hours. Come on...handicapped people need a safe sturdy option. And you aren't providing it. No more. I'm done.

Good product, but a hinge tends to fatigue over time
I've ordered these several times and like their portability and convenience. For a person with flexibility issues, they really help when it comes to cleaning a hard to reach area. My only issue is that after long-term use, the plastic hinge between the rubber end and the handle tends to crack and prevent these from folding up properly. When that happens, I order a new one.

Not easy to use, but does the job
This product is sturdier at the folding joints than others appear to be based upon their reviews. Also, it folds into a small unit that is easy to sleeve and carry in one's bag. The difficulty I have is that the toilet paper isn't firmly affixed and slides off easily before use. Once used, it is a real mess trying to remove the paper from the end of the wand. So, dry paper slides off, and soiled paper has required removal by hand. There may be tricks to allow for easier use, but I sure haven't figured them out.

Great product and customer service
I have a back injury where the bottom three vertebrae are basically fused. It makes using the restroom extremely difficult as I can't bend or turn the way I need to. I have been waiting so long for something like this to be available. I have been using Buckinham's other similar products but wanted something much more portable and discrete. This is it. Its small enough to fit in my pocket, is easy to pack away, and adds an amazing amount of peace of mind knowing that where ever I am, I can comfortably take care of myself. I had a small problem with mine where there was a crack in the handle. I'm pretty sure it was just a fluke as I've had several other products from them and never had a single issue. I contacted Buckingham from their website and got an email back the same day saying they were going to refund me the full amount so I could get a new one. Overall, amazing product and amazing customer service. I highly recommend it.

Expensive and fragile
I wish I had thought this purchase through and read more of the reviews. I was so enamored by the wand's small size and discreet travel pouch that I bought one for an upcoming trip, despite the high price tag. When it was delivered and I did a "test run", the problems became obvious. The plastic joints are fragile (those on mine have not broken yet, but the feel of the tensile strength of the plastic suggests a short lifespan) and the removal of the toilet paper from the wand was not as simple as videos and directions lead one to believe. Also, I did not like the "angle of approach" so to speak. I'm not sure I can trust this on a trip, and I may just opt for my old reliable toilet tongs (bigger daily carry, but worth the security). What a shame to pay this amount of money for something I don't feel I can trust.

Small and well designed
Well worth the money. Fits in a small purse and is easy to use. Very comfortable wipe. Like the others I’ve tried, the toilet paper doesn’t seamlessly fall off the device. That was not a deal breaker for me because it was as pleasant to use.

I have a back injury and this product was recommended to me by a friend who has it. It is absolutely perfect for the job. Incredibly small and pocket sized and very discreet. The angles and the reach are perfect and it allows me to clean myself without twisting or bending. I use it with both toilet tissue and wet wipes and it does exactly what it claims its going to do. I have also found it to be strong and durable. I would highly recommend this product.

I have muscular dystrophy and am having real difficulty wiping my bottom. I found this device and decided to give it a shot. It works really well. And it's very discrete and portable. I noticed in the reviews a lot of comments about the hinges breaking. Put some WD40 on the hinges! That solves it.

Works great. Compact. But the handles always breaks off after 4-5 months. I normally wouldn’t mind but it’s getting kind of expensive.
