Confused with lock at first, but works great now!
We figured out the lock button slides to the side and unlocks. Once moved to the side, hold the button there, set the digits for your combination, then let go of the button. This will lock in your new code. Hopefully this helps.Original post: This product arrived already locked. The directions for changing the combination did not match up with product. Unusable as a diary.
