Peace of mind for the germaphobe!
As a germaphobe, riding on an airplane icks me out already with the lack of fresh air & tight spaces shared in close proximity of strangers. This contraption gave an added layer of protection from common surfaces. It was so thin it seemed like it would break but it held its own in comfort & support. Packs very small so it is convenient to include in your carry-on or purse. Will no longer fly without it!

It has it's pros and cons.
I took this on a four hour flight to test out on Jetblue. Set up was pretty simple. You can't really place the straps over the top of seat because it will interfere with the screen behind, so I just placed the straps on the adjustable head rest. The inflatable pillows were a breeze to blow up. There are three settings for the foot rest section—and this is where it gets a little awkward. I tried all three settings and tightened each one in various ways to find a comfortable position. The best option for me (I'm 5'6") was latching the first buckle around the table. The inflatable pillow proved invaluable as it acted almost like a bed for my thighs to rest on. So it felt like an extension of my seat. The other two settings were okay. I used the last setting to rest my feet (similar to other common models on Amazon). I also purchased the SleepyRide foot rest for my daughter to compare the two. The SleepyRide proved more effective as a foot rest. It was just really simple to set up and more durable. Surprisingly, it's the inflatable pillows that were the clear winner in this combo package. The back pillow provided exceptional lumbar support, and the foot pillow felt luxurious compared to the SleepyRide. The extra mask and ear plugs that were included were basic and cheap (one of the eye mask strap broke off immediately). All in all, I give this a 3.5 stars. I actually slept pretty well (almost the entire trip—and I'm a light sleeper) using the combination of the hammock, pillows, eye mask, ear plugs, in addition to a Ttrl Pillow. I think for my next trip, I'll skip the hammock though and just bring the inflatable pillows, eye mask, ear plugs, the SleepyRide, and Ttrl Pillow. That's a solid combo.

Great for small adults
Slightly difficult to set up for use in a cramped space. I am short so great for supporting my feet and legs during an international flight. Otherwise my feet would not have reached the floor. Great lumbar support too.

A waste of money
Tried to utilize the two I purchased on four different flights. They were useless. Non of the planes (major carriers) were configured to allow these items to attach properly, even after working around the standard attachment system and getting them set up, they just felt awkward. There is basically not enough distance between front and back seats for the sling be of any use. You end with your legs in a crunched bend position. The pillow is covered in a flocked velvet and not plush in anyway.

Improves plane travel
Portable, easy to use, sturdy, and nice texture. Only problem is that feet tend to roll to the middle and press against each other, which leads to some numbness.

Not very comfortable
Got lucky ... had a seat without anyone directly behind me so I was able to actually use it with no problem. ( jet blue row 17 aisle seat) problem is that it very awkward to use and made it even more uncomfortable

I don't use these as an airline footrest. As a carseat footrest though, these are great
I've been looking for a reasonably priced option for a footrest for front-facing carseats. The only options I've found are either hard and fixed to the seat (and super expensive), or DIY (and I've not taken the time in a year to do them). So I was very happy to find this. With both pillows inflated and placed in the pocket, and the hammock installed under my child's carseat, this worked perfectly for little feet. The pillows do deflate over the course of a week (which is to be expected given weather changes), and getting the pillows in and out is a bit of a process, but not hard. And my kiddo loves it, so even better. No more leg cramps on long drives.

Didn't work for me
I'm 5'4", 155 lbs., female that wears size 9 clothes (I body train for fitness, only). This support helps while you stay awake, because when my body relaxed my legs would, as well, and my knees would open apart - bothering the adjacent passenger. Also, this product is worthless once the seat in front of you reclines (I got scrunched - good & hard)!I did see toddlers doing well, & small teenagers sitting stiffly, and walking around as much as possible.I vowed that if ever again, I am forced to fly, I'll book a "Business Seat" ($1,400).So, I'm praying I never fly again.
