Great product
Great product i use these switches to turn on my dining room and the front porch easy install and connect quickly to my WiFi network. I bought two separate switch, install the first one work great, when i went to install the second one I notice a major problem, the wiring location was labeled incorrectly someone place the label backwards. So before you install it verify the location of the wires than again if I didn’t bought two of them i would have find out after the short circuit happen.I would have giving it a five starts but a mistake like that hurts.

The design is good, but, it would be better if it could match the actual 3 gang size for the US, I had to go DIY and make it fit using an adapter backplate, I wasn't about to pay for a backplate costing me $12 when the backplate only cost $1 at the local store. I am a little disappointed that I had to get another app to use the remote wifi options as it doesn't work with eWeLink and it is not directly controlled by Alexa or Google, you have to sign up for an ITFF account to make it all compatible. Aside of having to take 1 or 2 extra steps, the installation was very easy, the setup with Smart Life app is extremely fast and easy. The enclosed instructions include colored pictures for those of us who want to skip the reading part o(≧∇≦o)

The Best 3 Gang Smart Switch.
Excellent product. 5 stars, but I would prefer to be able to differentiate between which individual switch I'm turning on using my voice through my Alexa dot. If I use a voice command to turn on the switch, it's either all three on or all three off. Not sure if that's an issue with the outlet or with my Alexa dot but heads up. Manufacturer is correct in that you do not need a home hub like Google Home or an Alexa dot. The app for this switch works together flawlessly over WiFi.App worked seamlessly to link up switch to WiFi. Glass pannel is perfectly smooth. The physical buttons are sensitive to the touch, all it takes to turn on a switch is a very gentle tap.I also wish the blue lights that illuminate the (3) individual buttons turned on when the appliance is off. If the appliance is on, the blue light illuminating the switch turns on, and off when the appliance is off. This is a lil tricky at night when using this switch in a restroom because you can't quite see where the non-tactile button for the switch is.

casual mente desde que me llego el día de hoy es que lo e instalado en mi oficina, lo adquirí con el fin de poder controlar las luces de iluminación externas del local desde mi celular o incluso ponerle temporizador y a sido todo un éxito, fácil la instalación y la integración con la red wifi muy rápida. lo recomiendo. aparte de que tiene un acabado muy detallado, elegante y de muy buen material

Traditional 2 gang used as Timed Power switch
This type of 2 gang switch worked perfectly for my project.I did not use it as a traditional light switch but I'm positive it would have no problem as such.I used it more as a timed power switch and it works great. The only trouble I ran into is the "seconds" timing (what I use) is not always accurate. I have it set up through the app (either switch) to automatically turn off after being powered for a certain time frame (say 15sec). Well most of the time it runs for random times before turning off. Sometimes i will get 12, other time 18.sometime its spot on, but other then that small inconsistency, the switch works great.

Hard to Close the cover
The switch works well and was easy to install electrically and program. Instructions weren't that good but it's a fairly simple install. However when it comes to mounting the switch to the wall - it was very difficult to get the wired switch to snap into its mounting plate. It took longer to do that then it did to remove the old switch, wire and program this one.

Few days of use. Until now, well product.
I bought ten units few days ago and I've installed just five of them in last three days. The packaging is correct, they works very well by touching, by Smart Life app, and by Alexa. The setting is really easy. Just one thing should be improved: They doesn't have illuminated the touching circles in off status and in the darkness I have to guess where put the finger to turn the light on. If I had knew this before I bought them, perhaps I had selected other brand. But, until now, they work properly.

Unsafe fasteners that leave wires exposed! Zero stars (if I could).
The hold plate that comes with is a flimsy little thing that is supposed to hold back the force of several 12 gauge wires. I estimate the spring force of the wires to be ten times that of the flimsy hold plate therefore the switch pops off exposing people to electrical shock.This product is unsafe. Do not buy!!!!!!!
