Very happy with them!
I liked the nice clean even spacing of the French style stitching holes. I made a rather handsome wallet for my first attempt ever at stitching. Really enjoyed the process. These are my first set of pricking irons ever, I didn't have the budget for top of the line, but these were right in the not cheap but an affordable investment range. I'm really liking them so far. I'm getting good clean stitching on my first projects. I suggest researching heavily on how to use them first to understand the nuance of technique if you've never used them before. It's not that complicated, but worth thinking through to save yourself some accidents.

These are great
And by great I mean as means of creating stitch holes vs. other methods. I want that look, and I want to poke the holes myself with an awl real oldschool... I tried using the stitching wheel, the round ones with the point, and diamond chisels, but these are the way for me. Pricking Irons are the bomb. The slanted hint of a hole is all I need to keep hand poked awl holes nice and straight. First set of pricking irons for me but these appear to me to be some quality ones at a good price.

These Chisels are worth the money...
I started off using 3.85 2 prong and 8 prong when I could just afford to purchase them. I was extremely surprised at how well these chisels work. I have BEAT on the back side of the two that I originally bought and not a single dent nor have they mushroomed at the top. When pushing these through leather the come out very easily as well. The cheap ones tend to grab the leather and they don't let go. You have to make an effort to pull the cheap chisels out. I decided to get the entire set from smallest to largest available and get the reverse of each one. Having the reverse chisels makes the aesthetics of your stitch even nicer when using obverse and reverse together. These leather chisels are NOT CHEAP quality. Easy to handle and easy to grip when using them. They also have a nice amount of metal at the top striking point so hitting a finger becomes even less likely. The people who sell these out of China are very nice, and patient, easy to work with.

Fractured tooth tips
The seller was able to resolve an issue with an item from their product line that hopefully fail or their business as well as mine. After corresponding with the seller it was determined that I was use to pricking irons that were les refined and that because the irons I had gotten from Wuta needed a liter strike than I was use to as well as using a softer surface under my leather for pricking.Wuta replace the damaged “iron” and I paid the shipping charge which was fair. All in all I am satisfied with the Iters as well as their way of doing business! Thank You WUTA!

Updated: rocking and rolling
Updating my review of this product. After a rough start seller replaced the broken iron very quickly. I’ve been rocking and rolling ever since. Image of this iron next to a ksblade. I prefer these irons over the last blade. In using 4-6 oz veg tan both have no trouble punching through but these leave a wider hole. With the ksblade I have to awl through as well these don’t require that. I think the icing on the cake for me is it comes with a 2 prong iron...for the ksblade that’s another $90 on top of the $115 I spent on the ks iron. Will more than likely buy again. Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because of the initial experience.Second project and the tooth broke. Requesting a refund. Not expected out of a 80 dollar iron.

Better than big brand!
I am super impressed with this tool. I compared this with sinabroks and I must say…i like Wuta better. See the picture and decide for yourself. For 50% less price…you can’t beat this.

The two and eight tooth chisels are not compatible.
I tested these very carefully as soon as I received them and over just 4 inches on 2.5 m leather they differed by 2m Even just using the 8 tooth lacked consistency. Very disappointed. The end tooth on the 8 tooth chisels lost its edge and twisted out of shape within a week of careful use. I am not a novice leatherworker.

Good quality tool
I ordered this reverse chisel in addition to the base set from the same company. Good quality. I would recommend this seller.

Great value. Best option out there.
Really good pricking irons. Im new to leather craft and after doing a ton of research I realized these ones where the best value for me. I've used it in one project so far, I hammer them twice with the mallet and they go all the way through.
