First, the product deserves 1 star, maybe 2 at the most.Yone Heng HP compressors are not known for their robust construction, b/c they aren't that robust. I have run mine for about 3 or 4 hours total since I received this unit ~6 months ago. It worked. I was able to pressurize my PCP rifle tank numerous times & top-off partially filled air tank up to 3500psi 2 or 3 times. The water pump that's included was pretty wimpy. I replaced the pump with a 12v RV pump, a computer radiator & fans, and a 12v power supply in an effort to provide better cooling. The compressor now is unable to pump above ~1800 psi.This compressor would probably function fine when filling small volume tanks like the ones that are typically found on PCP airguns. It seems to me that it is not made for much else. I've replaced this unit with a much more skookum compressor (for a much higher price - much higher).Here's why it gets 5 stars...The customer service from this company is outstanding. They replied to my complaint about the compressor within a day, asked questions and suggested diagnostic steps, sent out a complete seal kit (o-rings & POM seals) and squared up with me by offering a fair, pro-rated refund. I would buy from this company again in the confidence that they have the customer in mind.

unit dead on arrival
this was my 2nd pump i ordered both dead on arrival this one just did nothing when turned on first unit was smoking and kicking my power breakernot going to try a third time
