It's a yummy snack
The Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough protein bar is a popular choice for those seeking a high-protein, low-sugar, and high-fiber snack. It delivers 21 grams of protein and 14 grams of fiber, with less than 1 gram of sugar per bar. The taste can be hit or miss: many enjoy the sweet, cookie dough-like flavor and the chewy texture is generally well-liked. It's a convenient snack and is also yummy when enjoyied warmed up for a gooier texture. Remember that it's a processed food and relies on artificial sweeteners. Individual preferences for taste, texture, and ingredients should guide your decision.

Will buy again
As described taste is fine for a keto bar and good way to get your protein.

Super yummy & healthy BUT...
Great tasting bars. I would have given 5 star rating except Amazon doesn't always ship them in packaging that keep contents edible once it arrives. Hopefully, future orders will have separate outside box covering Quest bar box & not be included in a box with other heavy items that crush the Quest bar box.

The best taste
I’ve tried most protein bars in the past and this one is the absolute best! I eat these in replacement of a meal and lose weight fast!

My Go-To Protein Bar
I am a huge fan of Quest products and these protein bars are no exception. They taste as advertised. Quest is my go-to protein bar. Great texture and taste.

all the essential amino acids, no gelatin, less over-processed, great flavor
Unlike every other protein bar that I've looked at, the protein in Quest's bars is 100% nutritionally complete: it contains all the essential amino acids (those the human body needs but is unable to synthesize). No gelatin ("hydrolyzed animal protein"), which can help unhealthy nails, hair and skin but does nothing for muscles or organs. No legume (pea, bean, soy) protein, which is not nutritionally complete. Protein bars that contain gelatin have less useful protein than the number of grams of protein seems to indicate, especially if gelatin is near the beginning of the ingredients list. Bars that contain legume protein have fewer grams of complete protein than the protein gram number indicates. Legume protein is still more useful to the body than gelatin is. Of the Quest bars that I've tasted, Double Chocolate Chunk and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough are my favorites. Also less over-processed than other protein bars.

Excellent tasting protein - worth the cost, and GREAT for keto
If you've read many other reviews of these, you've probably come across many others that agree that these taste great, but the concern is usually that they're costly for protein bars. I can confirm both of those statements. If you're looking for an affordable protein bar that will primarily provide protein, these may not be your best bet. For me, I'm not mainly looking for protein so much as a good tasting, sweet treat that I can indulge while on the keto diet. If you haven't tried the keto diet, one of the primary restrictions of it is sugar, so if you're someone with any kind of a sweet tooth, you're going to have to try and find satisfaction with sugar-free foods, most of which just aren't nearly as tasty. Finding something that can work as a dessert was practically impossible on keto, but these bars are great for it. They are expensive (a dozen for $24, so even buying in bulk, they're still $2 each, but I never see them in stores anywhere), but they really do taste like you're munching on some legit chocolate chip cookie dough, which is normally a HUGE no no with keto. They only have 4 net carbs per bar, so you can have one of these for dessert every day, guilt free and not cheat on your keto diet (the most important part to get the keto diet to work is to not cheat on it). These are definitely an indulgence that's worth their high price if you're on keto and still want to eat something sweet every now and then.
