Excellent piece for your home gym
Extremely solid and well made, easy to assemble and most importantly, ergonomic and sized perfectly for deadlifts for those on the taller side (I'm 6'3" and this is perfect sized for me). Also the bar height off the ground allows easy change out of 45lb weights which adds convenience and the feet are perfectly stable even for both changing weights and lifting. Great value for the money and highly recommended as an addition to a home gym with pro gym quality.

Good quality !
Product came with all necessary hardware and easy to follow instructions. Assembled in 15 minutes with 11/16” wrench, socket and ratchet. Height is perfect as the weights slide on easily. Weight is 28 lbs. This is much safer on the back than a straight bar!

Love the color!!
Absolutely love the bright green coloring of this hex bar! Very invigorating!! Makes you want to work out and play with it every time I walk into the gym.Hex bar itself is very stable. I really like the dual footings to keep it upright off the floor. Makes changing weight plates a breeze. Plus it also helps by setting a "squat limit". Don't get me wrong, you still get a full range of motion. Just gives you a gentle reminder by touching the ground when you go a little too far. Keeps your form honest!Squats, Bent Over Rows, Deadlifts, Shoulder Shrugs..... this is a super versatile bar! Weight posts fit both kinds of my son's 2" Olympic style weight plates. Compression collars held tight on them as well. All in all, we are very impressed! Now let's see if my young punk kid can keep up with his old man. "Load that bar up, son. It's on!"

Solid Bar for the Price
This trap bar is exactly what I needed for deadlifts and shrugs at home. The build feels solid and it handles weigths without any wobble or flexing, even when pushing it close to its max. The green color looks pretty cool, it adds a little character compared to the standard chrome or black bars.Only reason it's not 5 stars is the finish scuffs a bit easier than I expected. It doesn't affect performance, but worth noting if you're particular about looks. Still, it’s definatly a good bar and a solid addition to any home gym setup. I suggest getting some grip tape on the bars to help with your grip. Value is there. Thickness is ideal for a trap bar. Workout is top notch now without hurting the back.

Great home gym add on
I just started my garage gym and this was a great addition to it. I felt like the price was really good compared to other companies. It was easy to assemble, I think it took me a total of 20 minutes. If you do get this product the one thing you should do is get some hockey tape and wrap it around the handles for better grip. I can’t remember while writing this review what the max weight is for it. But I have dropped it plenty of times with more than 200 pounds on it with no issues. If you do drop it. I’d definitely recommend having mats underneath not to mess up your floor. I’d recommend this product to others.

Purchased in 2021 it is Perfect, and it Changed My Life!
You can read reviews of this bar, with pictures even, of holes not lining-up or even missing. I bought a returned one for cheap in 2021, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Like with ANY equipment, put ALL the bolts in first, finger tight, and then lightly wrench tight ALL of them in a crisscross pattern, and then hard wrench tight ALL of them the same pattern. Never fully tighten one bolt when the others are not in, or your alignment will never be symmetrical. Same as a car wheel. As a tool guy, the only thing I did not like is that the bolts "should" be tightened to around a torque of 55 (according to size), but the metal of the frame starts to bend at 33 to 36, so only torque to 30 (if you know how). If you don't have a torque wrench, tighten them until the metal just starts to bend on the outside frame. Fender washers should have been provided to reach a higher torque wrench range.Specifics aside, the real review is that this device is AMAZING! I was a body-builder in my twenties at a gym (for looks), but I never did Dead Lifts because they always hurt my back - even with a trainer showing me perfect technique. I was resigned to using a Leg-Press machine. Now much older, I workout at home (for health), and my back just kind of always hurts. It hurts if I don't workout, and it hurts differently from working-out. I have back-braces at home and work for anytime my back decides to randomly act-up. I even have to Bench-Press with my feet-up on the bench because it relieves back pressure. I read one solution to all this can be Dead Lifts, which sounds counter-intuitive, but I was at the point of willing to try anything.Trying them with normal barbell still hurts like it did in my twenties, so I gave-up until I saw and tried-out this bar... and wow, it's just perfect. This bar allows a motion of straight-up instead of slightly forward, and the difference that makes means there is no pain. Now after a few months of use I can do very heavy Dead Lifts... WITH NO BACK PAIN! Not just no pain from Dead Lifts, I have no more back pain in daily life. I'm going to say that again for the people in the back. I HAVE NO MORE BACK PAIN! I'm still cautious with backpain triggers, but in normal day-to-day life I am pain free. I feel young again. I feel strong again. This simple bar, and lot of work, has changed my life.
