Recommend by a pharmacist for a family member to help sooth irritated skin behind their ear. After using this product for the FIRST time they felt less discomfort! Now after 3/4 uses the area has cleared, just needing moisturiser. It's a small bottle but all you need for limited use, an amazing product.

This is great at keeping my psoriasis behind my ears and around the nape of my neck under control. I only need a little bit and usually use this after using a normal shampoo. It smells like coal tar though, so don't be expecting a nice smell. I've bought multiple times, I just wish it was a bit cheaper.

This shampoo really works and has helped my scalp a lot, it is much less itchy and I only use it about once every two weeks. The only downside is that it does smell quite bad and even the bottle itself makes our cupboard quite stinky so we keep it in a plastic bag.

My poor teen has suffered with psoriasis and eczema for about 5 years. We’ve tried EVERYTHING! Absolutely brilliant product. I had real problems with dandruff, scaly skin on my ears and scalp. This stopped it all within two weeks of use. I've tried other anti dandruff and medicated shampoos. This is hands down the best. I've been using it for the past three months, a couple of times per week (I have very short hair) and have no flakes or itching. I hope it works as well for you as it did for me. I does leave my hair a little dry, but I still give it 5 stars because of how effective it is.

Ineffective in long term but when applied works good for 2 days its says twice in a week but i think you need to apply more than twice

From long time I have problems with dandruff. The shampoo works very well. It removes oily dandruff and the scalp is nice and clean. It cleanses the hair well and does not tangle it. They are easily disappointed. This shampoo is my discovery of the year! I highly recommend it to anyone who has dandruff and nothing works for it. Polytar will definitely be the best and effective! I was trying many different anty dandruff shampoo but any of them wasn't enough good. Accidentally I found polytar and bingo! Small bottle but Efficient because you don't wash your hair with it every day. My hair is thin so it lasted me a long time! The £10.oo was not a big expense in relation to the efficiency. You put a small amount of shampoo on your hand. Now I'm trying to buy it but it's out of stock everywhere! I was found on eBay but prices are ridiculously high! £18-20 per bottle. Jesus help me pls🙄. This nist be one of the best shampoos I have had to date, smells fresh and has eased an itchy scalp due to my previous shampoos. My hair feels good for the first time in years. Will keep using this product from now on.
