OK, so when these first arrived they looked good, but they didn't seem to come apart easily, the cut line is very thin, they feel a bit delicate and I didn't want to risk breaking them.I put them in a warm oven (50C) and left them for a while, about 30 mins to an hour I think.I then found they came apart more easily, just gentle persuasion needed, but I was certainly careful not to unduly bend them and held then near the join when pressing them apart.They now look good on our floor, nice and slim, and I am persuaded that they are worth the extra cost and have ordered a second set for another radiator.

Look great
Yes they are fragile but they need to be so they are not too bulky. Finished off my new wooden floor very nicely.

Slim fitting, good looking pruduct
Great product for covering expansion gaps around the radiator pipes. Thinner than other products so less intrusive. Comes in two pieces and join like a jigsaw piece so care needed but the join is well hidden. A natural product if I’m really fussy the shading of the two halves could have been the same. However being under the radiator it’s not obvious. Mine fitted well around the pipes no alteration required unlike other reviews I read before purchase. All in all a great product and purchase.

Brittle, broke apart on opening the pack
Absolutely rubbish. No instructions, cannot see how they come apart and broke apart easily with the slightest movement, so I had to glue the bits back together. These are poor quality. Avoid.

Would be good if there were instructions
Great product blend in with my floor and are a nice finishing touch. However the lack of instructions on how to snap away resulted in a pair breaking before use, as they are quite snuggly connected together.However supplier was great and sent out replacements straight away this 5 stars

Excellent slim cover
I really like the slim profile of these covers and the two halves fit together really well. To quote Eric Morecambe; “You can’t see the join!”.

Bit expensive but better solution than the chunky wood ones you normally get. Easy to install.
