It’s a very good it comes in handy when u don’t feel like making a mess u can use this less of a mess

Works excellent, use it to cook eggs, hamburgers and pancakes and so much more.This saves me from turning on hot stove and heating up home.I’m a single man and don’t need anything huge to cook with but this actually would work well with a household of just two.

I'm pleased with its non-stick coating, and the volume it can hold is fantastic! It doesn't simmer at all though - it seems to be either full-power or off, so if I want to simmer anything it requires some careful watching on my part.

I purchased this about a month or two ago because I currently live in a hotel and wanted to start cooking more meals as opposed to always ordering out. The skillet cooks very well and most items that I make don't take a very long time to cook in this. I was able to fit a whole frozen skillet meal in here with no problem. I can cook up to a pound of ground beef, turkey, chicken, or pork, anything more than that and it doesn't completely fit into the skillet so keep it to a pound. I was even able to cook fried eggs and potatoes. Really love this skillet a lot and if you are looking for something energy efficient or you're just a single person wanting something to cook smaller meals then this is the perfect skillet and I highly recommend it.

Perfect size for 2. Absolutely love this size skillet. Lightweight and easy to store. Great for eggs, browning, grilled cheese, burgers… Easy to clean and seems very durable!

I'm very happy with this 8"x8" model it is so fast to cook and reheat leftovers. The power cord is really good quality.

Update: I originally gave this one star due to a horrible customer service event as noted below. The company reached out to me after I sent a message through their FB site and were very apologetic and supplied the name and direct number to the department head. It seems it is necessary to use the palm of the hand to tap the cord in to place. The light on the cord will come on even though it may not be fully engaged. It works fine now that I know that little trick. But be sure this size is functional for you. It is small. I only needed something large enough for me and my husband. It would be perfect for a one person household but trying to make two grilled cheese sandwiches at once required the bread to get squished a bit. Original Post: Amazon delivered this in a timely manner, however, I had issues with the first use because it did not hold the temp. I changed plugs, turned off and on, re-inserted the cord hub several times. In the package there is an advisement to contact the manufacturer rather than the seller. I called Nesco and reported all I had done to attempt to fix the issue. I was told that usually when something goes wrong it is the user who has caused it. Further I was told to send it back to Amazon despite the written instructions to call Nesco for issues. She said their parts department had not yet been called back because of the pandemic (I would think that would be an essential dept.) and so if I sent it back to them, I would be waiting weeks. She then advised me that she personally chooses not to do business with Amazon, like I really cared at that moment with my half-cooked meal. I have had another Nesco product that I enjoyed for years. Sadly after this, it will be the last.
