Not useful, very hard and for people who like to sleep with mouth closed, this makes it soo uncomfortable. I was recommended to use guard to prevent teeth grinding during night, butwith this put on, it's impossible to sleep as well

Not recommended for grinding, it will tear.
Got cut at the front by my front teeth (not recommended for grinding if you have overbite or deepbite),started to turn yellow in few days. Its width is 7cm, use this if you want to fix your overbite, underbite, deepbite, or straighten your teeth and widen your palate, just dont chew on it, start with day time use. This would be the only mouthguard i will buy from amazon.

Big size for big mouth. Otherwise, use scissors to trim to fit.It takes some time to get use of it. But after that you'll feel comfortable.
