It’s a great case to protect the phone. A little difficult to install, but worth it.

Perfect. Just, what I wanted.

Every phone I purchase, I always get a Otterbox, this is no exception.Since buying this, I think I have dropped my phone anywhere from a couple of feet off the ground to up to 18 to 20 feet onto cement and my phone has never had an issue, not a single crack anywhere, so it is definitely a very durable case.The few times that I have taken my phone out it has been only to give it a quick little wipe out and then put it back on, it is very easy to clean and of course looks great, although after such a long time still looks good.The appearance is great and the quality is just as good, the size fits my iPhone 11 perfectly, and my phone feels very secure in my hand.About the only downfall was that it didn’t have the built-in screen protector like all the others did, but purchasing an aftermarket one works just as well and has done a great job and has fit perfectly anyway.Besides that I would highly recommend this case for anybody that tend to have slippery fingers when it comes to keeping your phone in one piece, definitely good value

I will not use an iPhone without an otter box!This case is excellent- very durable.True story- dropped my phone in gravel parking lot - our car ran over the phone as we backed out !Realized I didn’t have my phone- saw it in the parking lot- picked it up only a little dusty and debris - phone still going strong - thank you to otter box for producing a quality product. Note I would not recommend running over your phone in a car on a gravel lot!

Best case to protect your phone

I’ve used OtterBox since my fist iPhone over… let’s just say a long time….It’s a great case. I’ve accidentally run over my phone at least twice with an OtterBox protecting the phone, and while I wouldn’t recommend doing that, the phone itself was untouched. The case took the beating. And what a beating it can take.The outer plastic is what degrades and warps but after enough time anything will do that. I would recommend removing or strengthening the port covers however. The repeated opening and closing of the covers to plug in the phone or turn it to silent does eventually wear the cover out and it breaks off, like bending a metal sheet back and forth. I’ve taken to cutting the port covers off to save the rest of the plastic from warping.I didn’t realize this was as the screenless version however and had to get a separate screen protector.Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the product.

This is a great product and I have been very impressed with Otterbox as I have only used these cases since I got my first iPhone which was an iPhone 7. I don't think there's ever been a time where I have had this case on and I dropped my phone and it cracked or chipped. These cases are very durable and will keep your phone scratch free. These are great cases for people constantly on the go or even for people working in harsh conditions for their job or workplace. Great for everyday use and is not as bulky as people make them seem so they fit in your pocket great. They last a long time as there hasn't been a case I've bought from letterbox that didn't last me the duration of my phone before I bought another one because I upgraded my iPhone. Overall, this is a product I will continue to highly recommend to anyone that wants to buy a case for their phone especially if you like keeping your phone looking good and not having to replace it because it couldn't keep it off the ground. This product definitely deserves its (5) Stars!

I've had several otterbox defender cases over the course of 10 years and each one of them has been great. I've never broken a phone, cracked a screen, or shattered a corner of a phone. I had one that I used on my bicycle that went bouncing across the road after hitting a hard bump and nope, no damage to the phone. I've dropped, bobbled, and unwisely tossed my phones onto a table and watched them slide to far and onto the floor. Nope, no physical damage done, yet.I would highly recommend this product. I wish it still came with a clear protector over the screen, but that hasn't been an issue so far. The shape of the case at the edges, makes it so that screen is about 1/16 of an inch or so from a surface when laid flat, so unless there it something protruding from the ground, the case keeps the phone screen from hitting a surface directly.The otterbox is great for handling the phone as well. It has a good gripping surface without adding bulk. The buttons are easy to depress, the ports for cables are simple to use without fighting to open them. The only down side is I have worn out a couple of charging port covers as the rubber wears out over time, but that took a few years to happen.So, buy it, use it, and feel confident this case will protect your phone.
