I don’t think Extra Fine Bulgar is necessary for Tabouli.
I bought this online because my recipe called for extra fine Bulgar to make Tabouli. It didn’t need to be cooked, which I really appreciate. I put ½ cup into a glass measuring cup and filled it with water. After 45 minutes, the volume had increased to 1.5 cups. I then transferred it to a fine mesh strainer and let it drain while I chopped the other ingredients. (Another option might be to transfer it to a large coffee filter to squeeze the water out of it.) After making Tabouli, I now think that the Bulgar grain you find in grocery stores works just as well, which is more coarse, and produces larger grains, which is okay with me.

Great Product
I am very familiar with the product. They are very good brand. I used same day I got it. And very happy to see that it was fresh and delicious as usual.

Easy to Make, Nutritious and Delicious!
I bought Reis Extra Fine Bulgur because I wanted to make authentic Tabbouleh (Mediterranean Parsley Salad.) It was easy to cook (similar to rice) and delicious! It is nutritious, providing protein, essential minerals and fiber. It is NOT Gluten-free for those whose health requires such. I am storing the surplus in a container in my freezer for future use.

Best tasting Fine Bulgar
Great product. My recipes come out great with “fine” bulgar. (Which is hard to find in most stores) I have ordered this multiple times. 💯

What a Mess
Bag arrived damaged. There was more loose bulgur in the bottom of box, than in the bag. The bag was open. cracked wheat everywhere. Doesn't deserve even a star.
