2023 UPDATE: six years of heavy use...
I do all my own work on my '01 Jeep XJ (a lot of work) and this creeper has been great. My storage space is limited, so having a creeper that coverts to a seat is big plus. Speaking of big, I'm 6'1" and 250lbs. This creeper hasn't had one problem over the last year of heavy (get it? "heavy" 😄) use and it's surprisingly comfortable for a guy my size. If anything happened to it, I would definitely buy one again....and it's still going strong in 2023! I'm not any lighter (unfortunately) and this indispensable tool is no where close to being done. Aside from scuffs, scrapes, a couple of missing end caps (who cares), it still works great. No issues converting from creeper to rolling seat and the casters still roll quite well. It also came in very handy when transferring my Smittybilt steel bumpers from my totaled 2001 Jeep XJ to my 1999 Jeep XJ. Thanks to the strength and smooth-rolling casters, it was a one-man job.

2 for 1, can't beat it!
I needed a new creeper and also wanted a rolling seat for the brake jobs / wheel work in the garage. This thing handles both jobs perfectly!I was worried about using it as a seat thinking that it would be flimsy and eventually start to crack or tear apart. This thing is built to last and I couldn't be more pleased with it.Some folks commented on the poor packaging and a few scratches..... come on folks! Its a creeper for working in the garage! Comment if the item is bent / broke / or doesn't work.Only CON's I can think of: when in "Creeper" mode it is a lot higher than my last one. I have to jack up the vehicle a little higher to get under it (also the head pad does not incline.....) Nothing I can't live with and would strongly recommend this to anyone in the market for a creeper.

Assembly - A Small Hassle
Works as expected. Instructions are vague. Getting the 3rd section that pivots took more work than expected, against the welded washers, to align for bolt and nut assembly. The 2 of 6 castors on the end that have a nylon lock nut can be cumbersome to tighten. Use a 13mm box wrench while securing the round castor flange with a good clamping tool, like a Vise-Grips. Easier socket assembly of these two castors can be done by removing the four screws of the end-cushion from the frame with a Philips screwdriver. I cross-threaded one of the nylon nuts and tightening sheared off the castor bolt. Had to repair by drilling it out and using a slightly smaller carriage bolt, averting the need to request or buy a replacement castor. Nuff said. 2019-11-13.

Good, solid creeper
I'm not an expert when it comes to stuff like this so I looked for the best quality for the best value. I am impressed with this as it is well made. Pads are good, folding action is good, workmanship appears to be good. Casters went on easy and the needed tools were provided. The quality of the casters is good and the wheels are about 3" in diameter so they don't hang up on small stones and other stuff that is on the garage floor. This creeper is a very good value for the money. I was expecting slightly lower quality when I ordered so this is a nice surprise. Not sure what the deal was with another reviewer saying the casters got loose, seems impossible to me if you are even remotely mechanically inclined. If you weren't, you probably would not be buying this anyway.

Built to Last!
I gave this to my father for his birthday and he loves it. He is a mobile mechanic and is often working in very harsh environments, which tend to destroy less expensive creepers in under a month. After repeatedly buying him cheap creepers and ending up seeing them collapsed a week later, I splurged for this one because of the weight rating and that it folds into a seat. He has never been happier than he was with this. The rigid construction and versatility is amazing for the price. The wheels are high quality and it will glide effortlessly on the floor regardless of the amount of weight on it. He loves the feature of transforming into a seat as he previously always carried a stool with him. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a creeper that will last for years to come!

Assembly is easy - about 15 minutes - and most required tools ...
Just as advertised - serves as a seated stool with casters, as well as a mechanics creeper. Assembly is easy - about 15 minutes - and most required tools are included. Casters seem very sturdy. In just one use, I appreciate the benefit of not having to kneel or sit on the driveway/ground - at 59, down is easier than up, but the comfort level from a sitting position is miles beyond - I worked on my truck this weekend, and having this tool/accessory made the work much easier and more comfortable.Highly Recommend.

Not As Pictured/Instruction Steps Missing/Front Casters Unusable
The creeper is not black. It has a black background but the entire unit (except the frame) is covered in white and bright yellow Omega logos. Also, the unit arrived with nuts that do not screw the whole way down on the bolts to the frame for the two front (head piece) casters, making it unusable. There's also a step missing in the instruction manual indicating how to assemble the three pieces of the unit. There are only instructions for the caster attachment and switching the unit from the reclining to sitting positions. Finally, while the frame does appear that it will support the rated weight capacity, the cushions are not as firm as I would have expected. As such, it likely will not be very comfortable for heavier individuals.I reached out to the manufacturer. They indicated that they had a design change and that it has not yet flowed through to Amazon (which they ensured they would follow up on). They also said that they would send out new front casters and bolts to me. However, given that the person with whom I spoke seemed really confused about my problem, I'm unsure if what I will receive will even be correct.
