Great HP Envy Laptop!
It’s almost perfect! Can’t upgrade the onboard RAM but the SSD drive can! It came with Win 11 Home! It’s fast! After using my finger for login it goes straight to desktop! Used the SSD from my dead computer and only needed to get all the drivers installed! This laptop is perfect! Well almost lol. Only hitch seems to be the battery life. It’s now where near the 13 hours claimed. Around 4 to 5 at best. It did display 12 hours once but quickly fell to 6 then 5…..

Amazon 3rd party charged restocking fee for returning defective product
The laptop was returned due to defective static noise. The laptop had loud static noise when running Norton Virus Scan and when I downloaded computer updates (check for updates). The company did not return my full amount paid and said it was a restocking fee. This item was defective and should give a full refund without not restocking fee.

Great computer, but comes apart
I bought this computer in August 2021. It works well, good speed, lightweight. However, at some point last year I noticed it didn't line up when closed. Then I noticed the screen would slide back and forwards. Then I noticed the back was coming apart. Then the screen came away from the cover and actually broke. I was told that the hinges were too tight which caused all of the issues. Unfortunately I've been advised not to try and have it fixed, as it would be too expensive and to get a new laptop. Very disappointed 😞.
