Great product and very versatile! They can be used as clear placemats over expensive linen/cloth placemats, as a smooth writing surface, a mouse friendly desk mat, or even as furniture protectors! They're very thick, too -- a very nice quality! They're not necessarily inexpensive, but this is surely a case where you get what you pay for. There's nothing cheap in quality about these mats! No corners were cut in their manufacturing.

We bought this pad for a large wood desk with beautiful grain.This clear pad shows off the wood beautifully, while completely protecting it. It's very easy to write on, better than glass in that regard. It's also very easy to clean. It's comforting to know that if our daughter spills a drink on it while she's "borrowing" our computer it's a quick 10 second clean up, with no damage to the wood. Before we had this pad we would not let her use the desk.It's not super thick, but it's thick enough. It arrives rolled, but after placing small weighted items on the four corners it is almost completely flat after one day, and I suspect within a few days it will be completely flat. The manufacturer did a very good job wrapping the mat with shipping paper, and putting it in a long narrow box, to ensure it's not damaged in transit.

I like this to keep the watercolor paint off of my quartz desktop. Comes with the sticky corners to keep it down. Good quality.

I had refurbished an old desk from a distant relative and wanted to protect the top that I had sanding, stained and applied polyurethane to. This is absolutely perfect because the mat is clear so that I can still see the beauty of the top of my desk, yet I can use my desk daily knowing the top is protected. It keeps my computer in place, and it came with round sticky tabs to keep the mat in place which also allows a little room for my calendar underneath. Great product!

Look no more. I am very impressed with how it was so easy to put in pace. My old one was over 10 years old and I had family photos under it. I removed the old took out the photos cleaned the are and replace it with the snew one. Whe I took it out of the package I placed in on a table for an hour then placed it on my desk. It went on flat with no problems. Thanks for a great product.

Bought this as a desk cover to place mouse and keyboard on it, unfortunately, it does not work as a mouse pad at all. Mouse sticks to it, requiring extra effort to move it initially, or when changing mouse movement direction. The more you rest you hand on the mouse, the harder it is to move it. Once the mouse is in motion it reads correctly, but every time you stop, the mouse will stick a little to the matt. Its near impossible to move the pointer slowly with precision.Do not buy for a computer desk, unless you plan to put another mouse pad on top of it. Other than that, looks fine, not too thick.Knowing that many people would buy this for their desks, and given that some product images have a laptop placed on it, the product description should state that it cannot be used for a mouse directly.

Perfect just make sure to get the right size, i got it to protect my pink mat 🥰
