Good supply of omega 3, decent amount in a single capsule - not keen on the vitamin industry quoting dosage (multiple capsules) in item description, makes it difficult to judge what is a good deal. -but that's marketing.

This is my third time buying Nu U Omega 3 Fish Oil 2200mg & Vitamin D3 2000IU supplement and have been using it for half a year now. I really do think it has a noticeable change in how your brain works.The high concentration of EPA and DHA in each capsule is strong compared to others that are underdosed, and the added vitamin D3 is a great bonus. I feel like my energy levels have increased since taking the supplement, and my mood has improved.The capsules are easy to swallow but can be burped up if you're not paying attention! I appreciate that the supplement is free from any artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.The latest bottle showed up and is smaller than the previous one with a smooth lid instead of a indented one but the product remains the same.I highly recommend the Nu U Omega 3 Fish Oil supplement to anyone looking for an effective and high-quality source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D3. I plan on continuing to use it in the future.
