I have been trying these for 2 weeks and not even a warm sensation from moxibustion. I have switched to using these on the pressure point recommended on my foot as the spot on my navel doesn't have as much of a reaction and still hardly anything, but at least it melts... that's it though. Should be returned.

Esto no sirve. Lo usé exactamente como dicen las instrucciones y lo que hizo fue que causó una tremenda irritación en toda el area del ombligo, la cual tuve que usar muchos productos para quiatrmela y al final me quedó una mancha que aún estoy tratando de quitar. Al final, no bajé de peso ni me hizo ningun bien.

It’s very easy to use and quite comfortable, you don’t even feel it in the belly. The smell is rather interesting but it’s okay because it’s natural herbs so it’s workable and tolerable. I just received it and I’ve only used it twice now. The first time the adhesive patch detached and the ball fell out but the second time I attached another patch above and below it and it stayed on longer.. So I think that the only improvement idea I could offer is if you could expand the patch to a bigger wider patch with a stronger adhesive so it can securely hold the ball in the belly longer. Otherwise it is very affordable and worth the money to give it a try.
