This is my spinner. I loved it so much that I purchased this one for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. They’re so beautiful. The picture does not do justice.

It's very stunning when the wind blows just right to cause it to spin and not swing back and forth

The metal is thick and sturdy for this type of product. The swivel works smoothly and the hanger hook and swivel look to be good quality. The appearance looks nice and has vibrant colors. I’m happy with this purchase.

I bought this wind spinner to place outside the house in the winter to cheer things up on those grey days.It is made of stainless steel, so I figured it would stand up against an upstate NY winter.The Fonmy spinner is very beautiful. It came in a nice package that was flat, which made me wonder how they got a round object into a square flat box.Well, they didn't. The wind spinner you receive will indeed be flat, and you will have to open it up to reveal its true beauty. The spinner is covered in beautiful colors and it seems to be very well made, and I say that as a former machinist who knows how hard it is to make a product like this.While wind spinner aficionados around the world may open up products like these easily, I was stymied by the entire procedure.Opening the wind spinner up takes two people who can follow the instructions that come in the box. Repeatably following them gave me pause, because I was afraid I would break it, even though it was made of metal. I checked YouTube for some videos on the wind spinners in general, and even though there were plenty of them, I still could not wrap my head around the opening process, and sure enough after a 45 minute struggle with it, one of the vanes cracked under pressure.That was a major disappointment, and comparing myself to all the other folks in the world who can successfully open the spinner with little or no fuss, I felt like a failure in the wind spinner silo.Still, if you're a bit of a DIYer with an able companion to help, you should be able to get it open.As I said before, this product is flat out beautiful, and now that it is on sale, and you like a challenge, maybe you should take advantage of that. But be warned, sometimes being beautiful is hard work.
