How do you change the colors? Is there some type of software?

I believe the controller is connected to the reset button, So you can cycle through the effects. I believe you can make it work with a variety of software.

Sadly no only horizontal mounting of gpu’s

are the fans speed and rgb lights controlable?

Yes. There's an RGB controller already mounted in the case, connected to the little reset button on the top. Pressing this button will cycle through the different pattern and color sets. Fan speeds are controlled by the motherboard. I have a Gigabyte B550 and it automatically changes the fan speed as needed. I also have the Gigabyte software that lets me set the fan speed manually, but in my opinion auto is best.
