Most of my cats like this.
This product is quite a bit more expensive than catnip, but in general my cats like it a bit more. Pleasant smell. A shaker lid would be nice, but there isn't one.

Guest Review From Maki the Feral Afghan Refugee Cat
Hello, my name is Maki the Feral Afghan Refugee Cat. I arrived in America 2 years ago at the age of five, and the scary people adopted me almost immediately. They tried to see how I would react to catnip. Most cats go crazy for it. Not me. I'm an individual. The scary people gave me a cat tree with jute rope around it for me to scratch. I didn't like it and made them give it away. I like their living room rug much more. I've been destroying it for 2 years now. The scary people are very nice; they don't scold me or punish me for destroying their rug. They just look for different ways to make me stop. But I'm more clever than they are; I do my best rug work at night when they're asleep.Yesterday a jar of silvervine powder arrived. The scary man put a pinch of it in front of me on the floor. I sniffed at it and licked it up. He seemed pleased by this and put another pinch of it on the floor. I let him know my affections could not be bought that easily, and walked away.A few minutes later I came back, and he put a little bit of the silvervine powder on the cardboard scratching bed that I haven't used in the two years that I've been here. I rolled on my back once or twice next to it, and then walked away.Since then the scary man has tried to get me interested in the silvervine several times. He tried to get me to sniff the inside of the cap of the jar that it came in, and he tried to get me to sniff the powder in the jar itself. But he doesn't fool me. I'm just not interested. This morning he tried rubbing a little bit of it on one of my paws. I just walked away. I went into the linen closet and took a nap there. It's dark and quiet. I like it better than silvervine.Maybe he'll get the hint.Sincerely,Maki the Feral Afghan Refugee Cat 😺

Good to go.
nice, generous amount... very fine mill.... nice tight closing jar.More important... a GREAT break for all kitties, from the usual catnip.Nice to have another choice. Kitties know the difference and welcome it.Will be growing my own or buying it... this will become part of the "treat" list...Between the rescue kitties and my own.... not one has turned their noses up at this.So... for the pleasure it gives my gang... I think I can recommend it for your fuzzies....

Cats weren’t interested
My cats are obsessed with cat nip, but didn’t really like this/ weren’t very interested.

Okay
Not sure kitties like this better than catnip. But worked to trap a stray kitty.

Nope
My cats went CRAZY over a tiny little packet of silvervine powder (that came free with an inclined cat scratcher we'd bought). That company wasn't selling the silvervine powder separately at the time. So, I searched around and found this, assumingit was probably all about the same. Well, it isn't. My cats couldn't have cared less when I excitedly opened the jar and started putting it on their toy mice and "fish tacos". We have NINE cats, and only one of them showed some mild interest. It was pretty sad.I recently found that the kind in the silver packets are available for purchase, and wasted no time buying a box. Again, my cats were all over that stuff! I'm not sure if this particular brand is simply not concentrated enough, or if it's just processed differently? The kind that comes in silver packets is a darker orange/brown in color, and is very, very finely ground...like a super-velvety powder, whereas this brand is lighter in color and you can see tiny pieces where it isn't as finely ground (as seen in photo). Also, it doesn't take as much with the powdery one. I have to carefully and slowly tap a tiny amount onto one spot on a toy, then lightly rub it in. With this one, I just rub it ALL OVER the toy and it still has no affect. With all of that being said, I'm sure some cats are sensitive to this brand and love it. However, it simply had little to no affect on MY cats.

My cat went from couch potato to party animal in seconds flat!
After trying out Raw Paws Silvervine Powder, I can confirm it's like catnip on steroids! 🐾 Forget catnip, this stuff is the feline equivalent of a VIP backstage pass to a rock concert. My cat went from couch potato to party animal in seconds flat! I've never seen him so hyped up – it's like he's auditioning for 'So You Think You Can Dance: Cat Edition.' And the best part? It's 2X more attractive than catnip, so you know you're getting your money's worth. If you want to see your cat go from lazy loaf to purr-fectly wild, do yourself a favor and get some Silvervine Powder. Your cat will thank you... after their epic dance party, of course!
