If you are planning a vacation that involves a lot of walking, make sure you get these insoles!! Insoles can make all the difference between walking, or limping back to your hotel from pain! Of course your feet will still hurt from lots of walking, but this reduces the strain immensely. I liked how dense (but comfortable) the foam was, but was able to easily cut with regular house scissors to adjust the size to my shoe. Don’t adjust it to your foot, but adjust it to your shoe so it won’t be moving around in there. I purchased a pair for my mom and recommended it to her friends when they told me they were taking a trip that involved a lot of walking.

Section hiked the Appalachian Trail for close to 40 miles this past week in my Merrill hiking shoes. I felt like I needed something extra for those long days of hiking. Not sure it would have been as pleasant without these inserts! Provided excellent cushion and I highly recommend them!

I have tried soooo many insoles. These don't have as much arch support as I'd like, but these are decent for cushioning and they have these kind of nifty bumps on them that help my feet feel good in my shoes. Just be warned that they are wide so will only work for athletic shoes, not any kind of women's dress shoe.

These are the best insoles I’ve tried at a decent price point. I walk on the inside of my feet so my feet get tired and I wear down my shoes easily. Ever since I’ve been putting these in my shoes, I rarely have foot pain. I wore them to Disneyland and they made SUCH a difference. My brother was complaining his feet hurt and this trip was the first time I realized mine didn’t. Gonna get another pair for other shoes!

Not much arch support but then I’m lucky enough not to need arch support. But these insoles gave new life to a much-worn and much-loved pair of shoes.Easy to trim them to fit the shoes. Adds gel-like softness to the sole. Walked on cobbled pavement all day while on vacation and my feet didn’t feel sore afterwards or sweaty.Good value.

Long walk employee. I am a waitress. Work long day. I have hoka shoes. I hope get more comfortable When i have this inserts but I don’t feel a much difference under my feet, especially during extended periods of walking after whole day walk. I still feel painful of my feet. Anyway. This is thinkness. I don't get much different than my original hoka shoes inserts.

Love these insoles more than any others I’ve tried. I tend to get back pain after walking long distances, but these really help with that, so I can walk longer distances and keep up with my company. I also love that you can adjust the size to fit your shoes perfectly. I can’t go outside without these now!!

My wife said she should of gave Dr. Scholl's 5 Stars but one of her feet is a little bigger then the other.I hope Dr. Scholl's read this message as to this matter, as a lot of us people have this problem with our feet one being bigger then the other and could give us a choice on different foot sizes.She could use only one of the Inserts.
