The app has options to run the device for several times a day, but we figured that at the lowest setting the scent output is more than enough and the scent lingers for the whole day. We have it running 10 seconds on and 900 seconds off for 2 hours late morning and that's more than enough. Before we're expecting visitors you can easily run it for an additional 30 mins through the app. We've already gotten compliments on how fresh and nice our house smells. A must buy.

The quality of the pics you'll use are the most important factor for any of these machines. HOWEVER the problem with this machine was the lack of instructions on how to program. So u will waste your expensive oils because it sprays every 5 mins......
