I am a pro at tablet taking as I have to munch about 10 a night for my wide variety of old lady related issues. I can monch them with ease. Even big old horse tablet sized ones. These however disintegrate in my mouth before I can swallow them. It’s awful. I’m going to finish them because I’m too broke to bin them but my god, I dread taking them in the evening and end up gagging. Two stars because they’re cheap and do contain the ingredients I need.

This is a very large kit of vitamins and minerals. The amounts these contains are reasonable however I would refer there were higher doses. Such as the Calcium and Vitamin D3 which is quite a small amount. Also the label on the back on this bottle is a little confusing as it list 2 different amounts for a 1 tablet serving. It makes me wonder if this is a typo and some should be for 2 tablets and the vitamin amount contents double.The vitamin B12 tablet is to opposite in this case with a very large dose of 40,000% on NRV. However no upper limit has been established for this vitamin because it has such a low toxicity level.The Iron, multivitamins and mineral bottle mostly contains only contains Vitamin B complex with Vit C and a hand full on minerals.The multivitamin and minerals bottle has a much more comprehensive amount compare to the bottle with Iron. It does beg the question as to why there are so many tablets in this kit that overlap with the vitamin and minerals they contain.Given the cost of this kit and the overlap these tablets have it may be misleading to some just how much you are getting within this kit. I would suggest people do their research of what they need to supplement and purchase higher quality ones. For example the vitamin and mineral tablet contains magnesium which is magnesium oxide. The cheapest and least absorbs version.
