Very Nice Knives - and not stupidly expensive
Really nice knives with a good weight and balance. I bought mine with an Amazon promotional discount for just over £60 quid, but having received/used them I would still happily pay full price of £76 quid.Lovely quality - razor sharp - look gorgeousThey come in a sturdy box with foam cut inserts to keep them in, meaning you can keep them in the box which is both practical, and gives a bit of theatre when taking them out to use them. All the knives are lovely, but I'm developing a real fondness for the Nakiri knife - just such a pleasurable knife to use.I'm a home chef and wanted to upgrade to decent knives a step up from your normal supermarket efforts - this is an affordable way to do so, without breaking the bank, and you'll notice a big difference both in the weight, use and feel of these knives, money very well spent as far as I'm concerned

Lovely knives
I love these knives I think they are great for the price and are nice sharp and cut easily. I have used them in the dishwasher a few times but I don’t think they would last as long as hand washing

This is a really nice knife..
I have lots of quality knives but not one this shape. It’s a very nice sharp knife. Comfortable in the hand and good for vegetables if cutting fast.. very good for the money.

Great knifes...
Great knifes... seem to be real quality, and super sharp. Can't comment on retention of sharpness yet. Great value too.

Great quality
Extremely sharp and a pleasure to use. Feels wonderfully well built. I’ve given it a 4star only because of the way larger slices eg potatoes stick to the blade. I assume that’s why some knives have the small indents that can allow air between the cut item and the blade.

Very lightweight, sharp and great to use!
It's not often that I leave such a long review for an item! But this PAUDIN Nakiri knife is really fantastic. Firstly, it is very lightweight, allowing me to chop vegetables for long periods of time without wrist fatigue. However, its blade is so sharp that you can feel a smooth cut in one stroke without any drag. Whether you're dealing with vegetables, meats or fruits, it's easy to handle. What surprised me the most was its balance and grip design. It is very comfortable to hold and feels great in my handThis knife is a new favorite in my kitchen and highly recommended!
