I would purchase these clothespins again. There were reviews about how the pins didn't open very far, but I would argue that one simply needed to use his/her strength to open them all the way. What I wanted in the first place was strength, because was using them to hang heavy-ish alphabet letters on cording to spell out a message -- banner style -- at a baby shower. All in all the pastel colors enhanced the whole theme, the strength and quality of each clip was top-notch, I had no partial clips, clips that had come apart, nor an inaccurate count. I received a small box containing everything promised and paid for. I have one clip left that I'm hoarding and will find the perfect use for it -- the rest went with Mom to hang the banner in her baby's room. I'll include a photo, but unfortunately it's not very close up.I found the pins simple to use straight out of the package, they held on with all their might, hanging from the leafy jute cord, and do not appear they will fail for the next decade. For an art project/display -- they were great. And I think they'd be perfect for small bags of goodies, chips, hanging laundry smalls, etc. as well.

These are the best clips ever!. They're very strong. They're nice size and I like the different colors if you want to color code something. I use them on so many things all day long. I've gone through quite a few of them. They hold up very well if you're looking for a good quality metal clip it does have a rubber coating on the ends so they're smooth to handle these are great clips buy more than one box cause you're gonna find places to use them you never thought of.

Very nice. I bought them to stretch out photographic film after processing while the film is drying. One or two clips at the end of 35mm film work well. I haven't tried it yet with medium format film, but I think it will work fine for that also. The clips also work well for other purposes such as holding papers together or for closing food bags. I think they would also work well as clothes pins. They seem to be well made. The rubber coating is nice.

I bought these for one purpose, for which they worked great, but we discovered so many more uses for them. We use them in the kitchen to keep bags (like coffee) wrapped down and closed. I use them in the workshop for clamping various things, where they are just right for so many purposes. The purpose for which I bought them was this: The knot in the waistband tie of my PJs was slipping and my PJs were falling down. I had tried tying the knot various ways. So now I just tie the first part of a knot - a simple wrap - and then I put one of these clips on the wrap. Shazam! Problem solved! It is so easy. I can tighten the waistband by just pulling on the free ends of the tie, or loosen it by briefly squeezing on the clip handles. The pinch force (or hold) is strong and perfect. The jaws are entirely soft plastic - no metal edges exposed.

Excellent! The sturdiest clips you'll ever find. I bought these just because I love to use on packages in my kitchen cupboard. I wanted smaller ones because I often open a box of saltines or graham crackers and want to seal up a section and up it back in the box. (We live in an RV resort with sand and have to be careful to seal packages so the ants don't get in. These little sturdy clips work perfectly for sealing all our paper packages. They're strong enough for a big bag of dog food as well. And lucky for us, when our RV shade broke and wouldn't roll back up, the clip is strong enough to hold the light brown broken shade onto the screen shade, so both stay down at night. You can see that the clip is so small, no one knows it's under the curtain--kind of like a safety pin holding your shirt or blazer shut when a button pops off before you can fix it!The reason I didn't give these a 5 is that I would worry a bit about having these around children. The spring is very strong as it was meant to be. My husband also thought that they could be a little wider. However, as for us, right now, I have a myriad of uses for them and love keeping them in my all-purpose drawer!

These clips are fantastic! I use them on the clothesline and they hold those clothes on tight! We can get some pretty strong winds and these have held the clothes on the line with no problem. I've wasted money on the wood clothes pins for the last time. The wind always blows them off and the clothes end up on the ground. You won't have that problem with these little clips because they are tough. The colors are awesome, too! My sprinklers run every other day and so far they look like new.

Strong tight clips that do not slip. Also look nice.If you have weak hands perhaps not for you at first unless you work at it. Good hand exercise. Just because a thing is difficult, work at it anyway or become a weak old fart.Used for bibs, clipping bags securely, esp chocolate snack bag ... toxic for snitching dogsNone have come apart, the silicone tips do NOT slip off. A lot in the box too, A good investment.

Love these clips, I use them for chip clips, but have found them useful in holding a sheet back and other misc. uses. Highly recommend, great strength to keep the chips/crackers fresh. Great product at a great price. Have noticed a few growing legs as my friends love them as well.They are strong and sturdy, been using one over and over to see how they will last and so far they are amazing! Highly recommend
