Moist, delicious. Easy.

Took a chance and bought these when they were on sale. Shipping was fast (three days), and they arrived still frozen in a nifty little styrofoam cooler. There was still some dry ice left.So far I have only cooked two breasts in the oven. Baked them to 175f as checked by instant read thermometer. They oozed less cheese (stuff) cooking than the grocery store brand I purchase. Compared to store bought cordon bleu, these are less salty and more natural tasting - probably due to higher quality ingredients. The cheese was noticeably better too. Let's be honest, that major brand Cordon Bleu you buy at the store does taste somewhat artificial.Final note:Upcycle the styrofoam cooler. It is the perfect size to ferry pints of ice cream home from the grocery store.

I have been been ordering chicken cordon bleu and chicken Kievs from New York Steak and Seafood for years. Their stuffed chicken breasts are a larger portion than I have found elsewhere and the quality is excellent.

So this is a bummer. I kept these frozen these awaiting Christmas. These were packed really nice and in a good cooler, but what they are selling for nearly $100 was processed chicken loaf, pressed into shape, with fake buttered oil. For more than $10 a hit, I thought I’d get something better than MEH state fair food. It never got crunchy either. I left them in the oven an extra 20 minutes, but they came out still soggy. Smelled like fish too. Fishy. Very bland, very mcnugget like, with orange grease inside. Not garlicky, not buttery, not seasoned, not meaty or hearty…..Just cheap and tacky. Really sad presentation for a Christmas meal, that I had as a child, but we had to eat it because we paid $100 for the 8 of us. If you like bland food, ok order, but I suggest frying instead…..and maybe hope for the best.

The appearance, didn't look like a chicken breast one would serve for a festive dinner. But the taste was there!
