I bought this because I have three indoor cats but one of them is territorial and doesn’t like to use the litterbox if the others have used it. Well, realistically I cannot clean the litterbox after every use, so it was becoming an issue. I bought this with the hopes that because it cleans it after every use that we would fix or improve the situation. It has certainly done that! You don’t get that stinky smell after a couple cats have gone or even right after a cat uses it. It keeps it clean and stores the waste underneath in the bin. Each bag in the bin lasts about a week with 3 cats. It makes traveling so much nicer too! I don’t have to ask our caretakers to clean the box, just to check to make sure it’s functioning properly.I have a curious cat that wants to stick his head in the entire time it’s cleaning. Sometimes it’ll make it get stuck mid clean and I have to reset it. Not a huge deal, I just make an effort to look at it periodically or check my app to make sure it says “standby”. The app is an amazing feature especially when we are gone. The buttons right on the machine seemed to work when I got it but a week or two in, they beep but nothing happens. I haven’t researched that yet to know if it’s me or the machine doing something wrong. I just use the app to manually clean or reset if needed.It is very quiet, so that’s great and it doesn’t scare the cats.It does have about 8-10 inches for the cats to get up inside. Mine have no problem. If you had a super overweight cat, you may want to get a stool or something.Overall, this is a great machine and worth the money!

So far I’ve had this box for about a week, and it’s by far my best purchase on Amazon! It was pretty easy to set up, I’ve had no problems with it yet. I have a kitten that took to it very fast, my older cat it did take her a day or two, but she also uses it with no steps to get inside. It’s quiet I never notice when it’s cleaning, I don’t feel like there is a lot of excess fall out liter either. Bags are easy to clean up, there’s no more smells anymore one of the best things about it. The app is nice because it records the weight of each cat that enters, so I was able to see when my older cat started to use it and got adjusted to it. Best purchase I should have got one of these a very very long time ago. Plus! After I purchased the seller sent me a message and said they were going to insure warranty guarantee for 1 year to contact them if I had any problems. That’s quite the service and worth every penny I’m so happy with it.

I bought two of these litter boxes about two months ago and they've been great! They're really easy to set up. The sensors work great. We have 5 cats (ranging in weight from a 3lb 12 week old kitten to a 14lb big kitty) and they all love it. It's super easy and convenient to use. It took less than an hour to set up both of them and maybe takes 10 minutes a week to keep them clean. The app works great even with our poor satellite Internet. I've never had a problem cleaning, emptying, or checking my cats weight in the app. The lights inside are very neat and I love that I can customize everything in the app as well.We went from spending $30 a week on litter to like $30 a month with these. The price is 1000% worth it!Theyre definitely very good quality! You can take the barrel and drawer out to clean it. Plus they're super cute and space ship looking 🤣.They're pretty easy to carry. Maybe a little odd but two people would have no issue moving it a large distance even with litter in it. My boyfriend carried it up the stairs with litter in it by himself when we were deciding where to keep them so definitely not too heavy.They're fairly space saving! We put both of ours in places that taller items wouldn't work so they don't take up any extra needed floor space.They are also very very quiet! Unless you're sitting right directly next to it, you don't notice it at all and if you are, it's the litter actually falling into the drawer that you hear and not the motor itself.They really make a world of difference for busy people and people with several cats.

It was easy to put together. It also came with bags for the bottom of the litter to dump the cat litter. You can restart the self cleaning liter box with your phone with the mobile app and let's you know how much time your cat been there and how many times it used the restroom and it has buttons on the side too that I think doesn't seem work or I may have pressed it when it was having trouble or adjusting to it place. But I like it, making scooping up free, and my cat is happy. I also ordered a separate cat litter mat to help collect all the dust and tiny litter particles when your cat gets off. I love that it comes with the odor blocker that is circular and small, and you can stick it back in the litter box, and it comes with litter box bags, which is satisfying to me. It's heavy, but it does its job. So far, no significant problems, and it also has the lighting adjustment mode to dim the light of the litter box. it also has customer service contact info on the app. just be sure to clean on the sides so there isnt stuck cat litter poo aha which doesn't bother me to clean up
