I took expensive workshops and bought expensive tutorials, but the thing that absolutely helped me pass the EPPP was a set of $30 flashcards with variations on the items that are always on the test as well as having access to several practice tests. This book works in the same way. It covers all the items on the test - I would advise making flash cards and essentially memorizing everything (people used to memorize thick books of information so yes you can do it!). For the practice tests, here is how I utilized them. After feeling that I had studied enough, I took the first one -- setting up the same conditions as I would to maximize my potential for the test. So I made sure I had good sleep, that I was eating well and getting enough movement alongside all the other parameters for balance and health. Then I created the conditions for test-taking: time and place to be alone at a desk. For me, I also listened to binaural beats to get into the zone for optimal test-taking. What I found is I started out at less than 70% correct. I studied my weak spots, then a few weeks later took the next test. I got 80%, then 85% and finally 90%. At that point, I scheduled my real life exam and was able to pass with flying colors. I am gifting this to my associate so that they can pass the test too.
