Great pins
Pins are great, painless and a fraction of the cost of prescription pin. Even with my insurance, I was paying almost twice price. I thought I would try these and see how they were compared to my other pins through insurance. I see no difference in the pins except price. I will definitely reorder when I need more.

Caps don't fall off.... SCRATCH THAT, now they DO fall off!
I love these pen needles! In most ways they're just like every other brand. BUT...the caps of most brands I've tried (4-5 over time, including BD) would fall off in my supplies bag, frequently getting bent and occasionally giving me an unexpected stab in my finger when I reached for the bag. I've been using MediVena ONE-CARE Pen Needles for over a year now and their caps STAY ON. Not so tight that they're difficult to pull off, just a comfortably grippy friction fit.Unfortunately, the caps on pen needles from my most recent order (spring 2025) are the loosest of any brand I recall trying. I had three fall off in one day (a new record). Fortunately I Googled and found a solution - While the needle is on your pen, but the cap is off, give the cap a good press downward on the counter with the base of your palm. That will flatten the cap just a tiny bit... but enough for it to stay snugly on the pen. I imagine this trick would work with any brand.
