I was also happy to learn about the other health benefits involving GI since I have some issues there as well. I first tried the powder in water. It dissolves easily and has only the faintest taste, but it does make the water cloudy, which I found unappealing. I now add it to my coffee which just feels right since I also put milk in there, lol. Since I drink coffee every morning, it makes it easy to make sure that I get my colostrum dose. One thing I will note is that the product page calls this organic but it does not have any USDA certified labeling on the packaging or container. There also aren't any instructions on dosage. It comes with a scoop, so I assume it's one scoop per day.

I am very pleased with this Sound Health brand of colustrum. It has no taste of its own, is easy to mix with liquid, and the powder is not cakey. Also, it is liposomal, which means it is better absorbed by the body. I have used it in smoothies and even mixed it with yogurt and ice cream. I believe it is strengthening my immune system and supporting better sleep patterns. I noticed a "sparkly" effect with this colustrum powder and researched what caused that. This was very impressive and convinces me that this is a high quality brand, even though its price point is lower than the previous brand I was using. Highly recommended!

Dissolves well with my high protein drink and is tasteless. It thickens the drink because it foams up in a blender. However, don’t use with just water in a blender because it foams up too much and you actually need a spoon to get it out. Almost like whipped cream so I won’t do that again. It does seem to help my digestion and muscle recovery after a hard workout. My nails grow more quickly and are stronger and my skin seems to be a little healthier looking. Decent price but it used to be $10 cheaper. Delivery is always a day or maybe two.

It really works to keep me regular and help digestion, also make my hair stronger I only lose a couple hairs in the shower now. I tried this brand after Armra because I wanted something less expensive and it's a good alternative, the only thing I would complain about is that it's super sticky compared to Armra! I mean I don't take it in anything I just throw a scoop in my mouth and go. This brand just takes forever to get stuck off my teeth and top of my mouth, sometimes I have to use a fork or something to scrap it off lol. But maybe if you dissolve it in water it would be ok, haven't tried that! Remember never put your colostrum in hot drinks or drink hot drinks with it, it kills the enzymes or something I think...
