Took this product for a month. When I was on it I always felt bloated, felt like I was gaining weight even though I was eating clean. At the end of the month I actually gained 6 pounds and felt terrible. 2 weeks since I'm off it and I lost all the added weight plus 2 pounds. Only thing I changed in my routine was not taking this product.

I just started using this product, and right away I was surprised at how good it tastes! I mix it with cold, unflavored milk. I first put it in one of those shaker cups to mix it- which I found out you do not have to do with this product! It became very frothy, and I just waited for it to go back down to drink. With this, just mixing in a cup with a spoon works just fine!Has not upset my tummy, and I love that the ingredients not only help with gut health, but also promote healthy skin, hair and nails!

While this product is good, tastes well, it didn’t live up to the claims it made for me. It claims your “dad bod” will go away, I’ve used this product for a month and it did not. It also claimed it could help with acid reflux, I stopped taking my medication for 4 days and I had to go back to my medicine. As far as complete gut repair, I can not comment on that because I don’t know what actually happened inside my gut. The one thing I can comment on is this month I lost 5 pounds without changing anything in my life. So this product looks like it did help with that.

This product tastes okay. Don't put ice in it. It tastes terrible with ice. I like my drinks cold. So put a couple bottles of water in the fridge. It dissolves very nicely in water and it does not leave any chunks. I have not lost any weight or seen any belly fat disappear. I've been drinking it every day for the past 6 days and I've weighed myself. I haven't lost any weight. I bought a supplement for the bloating because this is not helping me with the bloating. I have seen a very large Improvement in my alertness and my energy level. I have a lot more energy and I'm not as groggy and tired as I used to be. So I would recommend this probuct. But It's not gonna make your belly fat disappear.

I had a hard time trying to lose a little weight - I am 53 - I eat fairly well - go to the gym daily -but seemed to stay at the same weight - I debated ordering this product because everyone seems to think that their product is a cure all. I have taken this product for the last few days, and I am down already 5 pounds. I am not so bloated and have more energy.

Did not work for me. I bought a canister and it was a white powder. Difficult to dissolve. No weight loss at all. Gut still same size. I forgot to take it a couple of times, so ordered a second canister and vowed to take it daily. Second canister is not powdery but like granulated sugar and is not white but an orangish/ tan color. Quality control of the product is lacking. Very expensive for no results.

Taste isn’t bad. Been on this a week so far try it for haven’t seen any effects yet. Will continue to try it for the next few weeks until it is gone. Will update when I finish the productI have to say the customer service and the satisfaction guarantee is worth an extra star to even though the product didn’t work for me. Thanks
