NO OTHERS COMPARE FOR CABINETS
I swear by the white matte. I’ve bought at least 50 rolls over the years and it’s the easiest to apply and the best color compared to white paint.Funny story, I first bought it at Menards 5 years ago. I was allowed to paint my cabinets so I abandoned the whole contact paper idea. I just moved last month and I want a white kitchen. Cant paint here. I couldn’t remember the name of the brand but I did find one tiny piece that didn’t get thrown out. I searched everywhere, bought everything, none were it. Then I found the red grid lines on the back of it and almost cried I was so happy.I’m in real estate so staging is necessary and I love projects at my own home. This is THE BEST CONTACT PAPER FOR CABINETS. It blows EVERY SINGLE COMPETITOR OUT OF THE WATER.A lot of people don’t realize something is purple til they compare it to what it should be.2 suggestions: DO 2-3 layers to make it that softer white and DO NOT use a hairdryer unless you’re tightening around the edges. Bubbles galore otherwise.

Matches my granite counters
I needed this cabinet to blend in with my granite counters and it does. It was easy to measure, cut and install. Good adhesion, quality and durability. 👍🏾

Worked Pretty Well
This worked well for what I needed it for, however, it's not as sticky as hoped. For reference, I'm in a rental and my counters were awful! Warped and ugly. This looks way better and was cheap but it's kinda hard to apply. Maybe this was my fault, so not deducting on that! Much improved countertops. If it stuck better, I'd have given 5 stars. In some spots it's not sticking and I just applied yesterday.

Good stuff
An easy way to spice up a room without having to fork out a bunch of money. I used this in my kitchen and it lights up the room.Fairly easy to install, but does take a little time. I recommend watching a video on how to install contact paper before attempting if you've never done it before. It's a lot like installing a non-glass screen protector on a smart phone, just on a larger scale. Take your time to remove the bubbles as you go and try to make sure you get it where you want it on the first stick (you can remove it or adjust it a bit as you install, but you run the risk of damaging the paper by causing creases and bubbles that might not go away).A lot of videos recommend using a credit card to remove the bubbles, I found a kit on Amazon for around $5 with an exacto knife and 2 different paddles to help smooth out the bubbles. I feel using that was better than a credit because the edge has a felt strip that seems to not be as rough on the paper while still getting the job done.I would also suggest buying more than you need for the job so you won't come up short, need more if a mistake is made, and just to store for later in case you need to replace a section. All in all, a very inexpensive way to upgrade the look of countertops or whatever you decide to use it on. Everyone who has seen it on our countertops so far has not realized it's contact paper until we tell them.

Good stuff for a cheap makeover.
This contact paper / plastic is heavier than other contact paper. It is made for kitchen counters. So far no damage from a hot plate or splattered grease, but not sure how much heat it could take. I've used contact paper a lot for shelving, covering boxes, etc. I watched several YouTube videos about using this paper on Kitchen Counters. 2 tips: hair drier tightens surfaces & corners (a pin prick & the heat will take care of most bubbles), but it's still smart to staple under the edge; also latex caulking adds a touch of reality, protects against water, & covers over misbobbles. Both are really good tips. The one thing about the You Tube videos is that I'm pretty sure the demonstrator had loads of practice & some unseen help. The one thing that makes this product a little more difficult to use than regular contact paper is the reason you buy it. It is heavier, stiffer, & a little more awkward to handle.
